Wendy's, Pomeroy OH

Food was Not to shabby other than the watered down coca cola fountain pop, but then again that's every wendy's I've ate at for awhile now.

Freshly baked at 7am. But my transaction was 9pm. Smh

Update. 10-22-22
Went through the drive thru. Asked the 1st window how to use the rewards, the guys says. "I don't know anything about them. Our manager is at the next window. She'll know"
So she comes to the 1st window. And she tells us you go into your app and then they'll scan the barcode. I said so I can't add them in the app. She said NO.
I went online and found. Yes. You have 24 hours to claim them.
And I'm mad bc I got all the way home and they forgot my cookie. Uggh

I love eating here for lunch and first and second shift are awesome. If they could only get the late shift to up there game I would give them 5 stars.

Kid's love the chicken nuggets and frosty's. Then my next trip I waited at least 30 minutes just to go through drive threw

Always friendly staff and efficient with food orders. Restaurant was clean. Just like all fast food, prices have increased substantially over the past couple of years. Overall, good visit here.

Real bad service! Had to ask more than once for sour cream and butter for my potato and my sandwich barely had any sauce on it. Had to ask more than once for straws and cheese in my chili. The manager whose name was Sarah was extremely rude. My order was a little over $25 and it was the worse service and food I have ever spent that much money on.

Not accommodating to people with special dietary needs. I only asked for a breakfast biscuit without the biscuit because I have celiac disease. That isn't an unreasonable request. I was told that I couldn't get it that way for the special 1.00 price. So because I have a disease I have to pay 3 times more for less food?

Normally would give a higher rating however after tonight my fience does not even want to return larged our order without asking then when we ask why it was so much more then it should have been they informed us we explained that was not what we ordered and we had to ask them for sauce for our nuggetts because they put it down as none without asking when we.corrected them we got attitude and we ordered and was charged for cheese sauce we got the food and there was no sauces at all the fries and nuggetts were cold and with no salt and the burgers were so greasy that the entire wrapper was soaked completely through my fience didnt eat his meal decided to go elsewhere so very upset with the service and not sure about returning.

They're slipping. My wife picked up a chili from the drive thru and asked for extra packets of the chili seasoning (because I love it and always like to have more to put on fries or whatever). The employee said it was already in the bag. She got home, and guess what? NO chili seasoning!

It's getting to the point that the only good places to eat locally are McClure's, and Tudor's Biscuit World and Rio Bravo over in WV.

The drive thru is always slow but the employees are always nice. Make sure you have sauce, utensils and all of your order before you pull away from the window. Also they will not take $50 or $100 Bill's. They absolutely refuse.

Can't get burgers made right for some reason ordered no onions no ketchup how hard is that. Sold a cold nasty Dave's classic. Didn't have time to wait in the slow drive thru to take it back

Waited in the drive thru forever. The 4 for $4 is an awesome deal though. The cheeseburger was good, just no lettuce available, nuggets were almost cold, but the fries were nice and hot.
