Employees stand outside smoking while your food is prepared.hamburger bun crumbles first bite. Fries cold and tasteless. Dave Thomas must be doing summer sols in his grave.

Staff is unable to read the difference between Ketchup and Mayonnaise. It must be their close similarly in spelling and color that threw them off. To confirm the ability to read the word ketchup on our receipt, I asked my child who recently graduated Kindergarten to read what the receipt said. He clearly confirmed that the receipt in fact said "Ketchup. "

Manager was extremely friendly and cordial. Actually makes it for a fun experience. Thank you for the great service

The gentleman at the register was on the ball and personable, but to pricey for Fast Food.

Their hot and fresh fries advertised were cold and old Not sure if this a training issue or something else but have had this with other Wendy's drive thru. For some reason, even though this was a mobile order, they expect you to pay again. Seems you have to remind the person at the drive thru mobile orders are all ready paid for.

They were very nice in the drive through the cashier was very happy and nice when taking our order, this location is a good one!

The worst service ever at the drive through. I had to give up my work lunch. Break to go back and get the food corrected because I didn't check the bag. Talk about loss time and funds!

Cashier could be heard on the speaker yawning and when i got to the window she was not customer friendly at all. My Burger was half done, fries was cold and had to be sent back, lemonade was watered down even though I said no ice. Gave me no receipt. Too far away to go back to the restaurant. Horrible service

Service was great the buns on all the sandwiches were hard and stale.fries were stale not fresh

If there were an option to select 0 stars I would. Went to get lunch today around noon! 1 person in front of me. Waited for 5 minutes and he drove off. Pulled up to order and no one was there. Pulled up to the first window and no one was there either. Tried the second window and found 3 employees on their cell phones. A girl looked at me, and the. Just went back to her phone. This is unacceptable.

This place is a waste don't spend ur money here got a grilled chicken meal the fries were gross cold stale hard couldn't even eat then n the frosty cappuccino was the most disgusting drink I ever had taste like water down chocolate milk I will never get anything from this place again DISGUSTING WASTED MY MONEY SMDH

BEWARE, PARTS OF THE FLOOR CAN BE DEADLY SLIPPERY IN DAMP WEATHER, EG THE MEN'S ROOM AND NEAR THE EDGES OF THE DINING ROOM. I suspect there is soap residue from mopping. I informed "Mitchell" (per my receipt). Food is ok, nothing wrong with it, just typical Wendy's fare.

Wendy's has gone down the drain. Slow and sub par quality. Quality is NOT the recipe.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I once went there and they told me that I had to pull back around to do my order and that I had to wait in line. So I did that, get up to the window for them and tell me that they're closed. I asked for a manager. And some kids stuck his face off the window and started laughing at me true story. The workers at this Wendy's is so out of control it's not even funny I highly suggest do not ever go there especially do not let your kids go inside alone.

The food was cold and wrong. It seems every Wendy's I go to is just awful. I will never go to Wendy's again and recommend everyone else do the same.
