I ordered six meals, and all the fries were cold and stale. No straws, no sauce with our nuggets and none of our food was fresh I am not from this town, but I at least expect to have hot food! How does a restaurant get an entire 6 meals done wrong!? SMH very, very sad!

Pleasant staff. Clean Bathrooms. Stopped in for a snack and had the Ghost Pepper Fries. They were fresh and delicious. Will get them again!

It's your typical Wendy's. I had the bad timing of being there during a dinner rush. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I just went it. The 1st thing I noticed was it was really warm in there. Very uncomfortable. I wondered how people were dining in. It took probably 4 minutes for someone to take my order. But, I know they were busy.

Was looking for a quick bite after church and Wendy’s delivered! Used the drive thru-they were kind knowledgeable and fast-in and out quick. Ordered the breakfast Baconator and the Honey and Chicken Biscuit, seasoned potatoes, a Dr Pepper and a water-delicious! I normally have to ask for mayo or extra Mayo but not today! Plenty of Mayo and honey in all the right places, …remember the old “Dave” commercials where he said the burgers were the juiciest and if you got a little on you “were sorry? !? ” Oh yeah it was that kind of best ever breakfast this morning! The seasoned potatoes were just right warm til the very last one-just how I like it!
Zane and his crew had their ‘A’ game on today! Thanks for a great meal and it was less than $15!

Manager needs to be gone for lack of training staff and not watching counter staff with customers. Counter staff so RUDE, NEVER smiles and NEVER take correct orders. Too, why are the counter girls with long hair touch their hair or their face THEN serve food? Who is in charge of this location? Management not paying attention.
No gloves.no nets. SHAMEFUL

My daughter had been exceptionally good when I took her to work with me, so at her request, out of every pace in the world, she chose to eat at Wendy's. I have dietary issues and have to take a rather discomforting pill in order to eat anything containing meat, but I thought, I'll suffer the overly greasy, bland and sloppy food for her because she loves it and she earned it. But.we never actually got any food. We came inside, no one was in line in front of us and there were 11 workers in the kitchen mostly standing and watching whatever was in front of them or talking to others in the kitchen, and they seemed very preoccupied with only serving the drive-thru orders. Then when we thought someone was going to come get our order they instead turned their back to us and the other people that have now accumulated in the line so that they can count some change. No one acknowledged us the entire time we were there. While several of the workers came close to the area we were standing in, I even made a point to loudly complain that we are going to drive to the next nearest Wendy's 10 minutes away and get served there and be done eating before we could even get someone to say hi here. The entire time we were there, not a single person greeted us or asked if we needed help or even apologized that we were being ignored. I guess this is just part of the overall trend of companies wanting to run only ghost kitchens and ignore customer service.
Long live taco bell! At least they can offer helpful service and many meat alternatives (or at least food that doesn't have meat in it).
As a side note, it's heartening to know that after we walked out, my daughter commented, 'Daddy, if those people worked for your business, you would have "fired 'em on the spot"!
And she's right. Everywhere I have ever worked has always emphasized that every customer needs to be greeted or acknowledged either as they come through the door or when they get to the till. Lack of initial engagement leads to a loss of faith in the business. We ultimately went to Burger King instead because they will gladly swap any burger for the impossible patty, as their slogan is, or used to be, "Have it your way". Much better than Wendy's new unofficial motto of "We'll serve you when we feel like it, if we notice you are there"

More times than not when I go here the burger buns are stale. Maybe suggest they rotate the buns more often? Other than that, great food!

Will not go here again, we're done. Last visit was a joke. Ordered right away and waited 20 minutes for a baconator combo and chili. No supervision at all, kids throwing french fries no one was friendly. Orders in front of me were wrong, everyone in line that night was not happy. When I got home the fries were super cold as if they sat around for a hour.

I took the opportunity today to try the breakfast menu. I was surprised to find a croissant with maple bacon and chicken. Sadly, it was a small roll, not a croissant. The chicken was even smaller than the roll. The maple bacon was very good. I also ordered French toast sticks. The were adequate but lacking in flavor. With some adjustments Wendy's can become a winner with breakfast. The service at this location is always excellent.

Food is always stale or cold, lots of flys flying around and now bug infestation. Always dirty so I will never get food here again or doordash it. Disgusting! The people who work here are very rude and answering phone calls or drive thru with a nasty attitude.

I waited at the counter for 20 minutes and the staff acted like I wasn't there. They also ignored the person standing next to me waiting for their food. Don't do the dine in or you won't get any service, go through the drive through

When at the window i paid and was given my drinks, the lady then told me to pull forward. I waited for my food for about 5 min and when the lady brought it out she was forcing herself to be polite and handed me my food in a way that was more “get out of my drive thru” than it was “have a good night and enjoy”. I searched my bag for my ranch and as i did so she stared at me with an annoyed look on her face.i asked for more and when she brought them she didn’t even give me time to grab them and one was dropped. I get home and bite into my chicken nugget and it’s cold, hard, not fresh, and disgusting. The fries are good, but for as long as i waited and how i was treated i would’ve thought my food was fresh?

I had a very very terrible experience at this Wendy’s. I was just ordering one meal and the drive thru was around the building. I came inside thinking it would be quicker but it took 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me! There was no one else in line. This service is unacceptable!

Cashier switched mid order so coupons did not get honored had to go back to get refund the first time theeennnn Got home and missing baconater fries and taco salad missing chips and had tomatoes when asked for none. Called was just exspecting to take tomatoes off and use chips from home. The manager was the most disrespectful speaking person in a management position ive ever encountered. Just about a simple refund for fries. Refused a refund and said would send coupons. I asked her to exsplain because this makes no sense. Was met with nothing but demeaning behavior. After about 3 mins of unprofessional responses she said come in and we will give you your 3$ and hung up on me. When got there made her young cashier deal with it. Gave her keys to register and ignored me completely.

Very unprofessional, there hair wasn't in hair nets, or even in hats. It was trashed in the kitchen. Very rude. Playing on there phones. While we were there we watched the same cars come around and heard them complain because the orders were messed up. I understand people forget or confused sometimes but this was ridiculous. I use to work in the food industry. Yes, it sucks. People are rude, but in the end. Companies aren't strict anymore, because they rather have people show up to work then do the job correctly. This is how people get sick.

My girlfriend bought 2 baconators WHAT A JOKE! 2.5 PIECES OF FLATEN OUT BACON. And for the price she pd. NEVER AGAIN! BURGER KINGS, Cheap bacon deluxe. Is a better deal. You don't get 2 Patty's. But more crisper bacon.
