Wendy's, Columbus OH

We ordered to the drive-thru when we got to the window they tried to give us somebody else's food and my Frosty was literally coming out the top of the cup and making a mess and I had to go in and get another one

I ordered 2 chili's and after I paid I was told I owed another dollar. I asked why. I was told for cheese sauce I didn't order. The manager was called over and I was told it's for the water and that I had to pay for everything there. I told them no I don't and to remove the water. The manager there is dishonest. I will not go back there.

Ordered the crispy chicken BLT biggie bag today in the drive thru. The chicken was kinda soggy and was not crispy at all and was missing the bacon and tomato. The nuggets were cold and not crispy either. All that was edible was the fries. Not happy at all with this experience.

Went in on lunch from working in heat as a driver me and my coworker went in and i went to order stood their for 1 min and was told they are only doing kiosk not even 1 min later did i see them take not 1 but 2 orders from the next 2 customers 1st time i ever felt dediscriminated against

Check your drinks and food! Two separate drinks of mine that I just ordered had large dead flies enclosed in them It makes me question how this facility is being cleaned… or if it’s being cleaned at all…wrong orders I can understand… dead insects in not one but TWO drinks is pretty disgusting.lost my appetite completely

I don’t know what shift that is that works literally like right now 8/7/23 2: 25pm but that is the most nicest and pleasant people to see and half handle your food ever. All smiles and no attitude especially the drive-through crew, they literally have changed my mood every single time I’ve went through that drive-through and you can definitely tell that their managers are managing, nothing but good vibes good hot food nice cold drinks every time I hear them on that speaker I know I’m about to have a good day and my food is about to be really good thank you Wendy’s for your good customer service. It’s amazing.

No personal experience computerorder only, advised staff of a major spill and they did nothing.

Extremely slow service. I waited for nearly 45 minutes in the drive thru line! The food was great, but they clearly were short staffed for the weekend.

UPDATE 5/29/23:

This place has really gone down. When i was ordering today the guy was over talking to me because he was rushing me… and there wasn’t even a line

I ordered nuggets and tried to explain him I don’t want them overdone cuz they typically do that and I wasn’t mean to him but he ignored me and gave me burnt nuggets when I asked them fresh

So I had them remade and he gave me spoiled nuggets

Had to go to Main Street service is way better…

I feel like they are halfway there with service,

It’s always excessively busy. They make everything to order but sometimes u have to wait an hour or so to get your food, and even when they bring the food it’s the incorrect order at times.

Always room for improvement, I doordash here all the time and pickup orders and this has even my experience.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. I tried to give them another chance. I pulled up and they said they only have fries. Seriously? PLEASE CLOSE SO A BETTER RESTAURANT CAN TAKE YOUR SPOT.

They have a phone number but apparently are unable to answer it. Just wanted to get a messed up order straightened out but several spaced out calls have gone unanswered.

This location is trash. Do better.

Absolutely terrible. These people don't pick up the phone, they get orders mixed up, and the establishment is horribly dirty.

Everything was great until the rest room was needed. Hire a dang plumber. Disgusting, urinal is broken. Smells atrocious.

Went there about 4: 30. Nobody eating inside and maybe 2 cars on drive thru. Stood at counter for about 5 minutes waiting to be served. Only one waiting. Looked about 4 workers who eyed me and 2 that walked in front of me and left. Not saying a word. Turned around and went to chik fil a. Hundred times better service and food.

One of the dirtiest Wendy's we have ever been in. Will never go to that one again. So sad.

The drive through says they are open until 12 a.m. I pull up at 9: 45 to get my kids a frosty. They proceed to tell me they already cleaned out there frosty machines for the night. They are no longer serving frosty for the night.

Be prepared to wait in line! I’ve never been to a Wendy’s that makes u wait in line like this one! I’m not sure if they need help or what but honestly last two times I’ve been there 25 min wait at least!
