Went in to order my food for to go order a classic chicken sandwich meal large the employee rung up for medium ordered my sandwich to be freshly made and my fries with no salt. Fries are done with no salt but the sandwich wasn’t freshly made. They remade the sandwich the way I asked after I said something But gave me the fries that have gotten cold for the weight and start remaking the fries also and what I can assume was the manager on duty who was making the orders I took like I put her out because of the way I ordered my food
Went through the drive thru. It took 30 minutes, no exaggeration. Ordered a taco salad and didn't get any tortillas, sour cream, no napkins or a fork. Basically had a chili salad. Terrible.
This place sucks they didn’t give me any straw or sauce and my cheeseburger was made so wrong.get new workers.
Every time I go to this Wendy's I can never use my rewards because their system is broken, scanner doesn't work, etc. It's been at least a couple years. Please fix this I want my free spicy chicken sandwich!
Best fast food and ice cream (frosties) around! Great atmosphere and food! Newly remodeled dining room. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Prices are reasonable with a good deal for their $4 and $5 Biggie Bags! Clean restaurant and restrooms! Drive Thru is also available. I highly recommend eating at this Wendy’s location!
Ordered a baconator and this is what I got. Very disappointed with the fries because they tasted like old oil, burger barely had any bacon on it. Not the first time I've been let down with this location.
Ordered through the mobile app at 4pm. Dining room was closed so we couldn’t go inside to inquire about our order after waiting for 10 minutes. Cars that pulled into the drive though after we parked were getting their food and leaving. Pulled into the drive thru to check on the order but didn’t want to wait for 8 cars in front of us.
Spend my lunch hour trying to get my food waited 20 minutes in drive thru for a chicken ranch wrap what I got was the worst looking food I have ever seen took it back and of course waited for ever for the manager. I will not go back. What happens to Customer service
Let's start with the service. We went used the drive through. Window was open and two employees were having a conversation about another employee. Said they were sure the person was going to get fired. Gal at the window handed our food to us. Had to wait for our drinks. Got home. Nuggets were burned. And the chili was cold. Not the wendys chili I am used to. It had a little meat, mostly white and red beans, no flavoring, no green peppers. I am going to assume that it is no longer made fresh. We had no spoons, napkins, or crackers in the bag.
This was a great trip to the Wendy's in London with my kids. We all ordered biggie bags and we're going to eat in the parking lot before heading back to the city. When we got to the window they handed us 2 bags which seemed weird since 2e ordered 5 biggie bags but we went with itm then they handed us 2 more bags which ended up being a completely different order. We tried to take the mistake order back but they told us to keep it, it was their mistake. After sorting all the food they actually gave us the correct order and four extra sandwiches and fries. I don't get to eat at Wendy's that often but every time I do it's always a great experience. Thanks to the staff that was working that day, you made the day even better than expected.
