14 Everything was great until we got back on the road and they didn't give us the chicken nuggets.
We stopped mainly for them due to granddaughter.
Bery frustrated as we were driving from NW Ohio to Virginia Beach.
The food was fresh and very good. It is very affordable if you are on a budget. I like this Wendy’s better than others because the food is always fresher and it’s just a good place to eat. Beats McDonald’s hands down.
The food is good and was made correctly. The only reason service was marked low was due to wait time. This seems to be an issue with a low number of employees and not because of the attitude of the employees. They are understaffed, which causes a longer wait for customers.
Our biscuits were so hard that we had to throw them away. It's disappointing to get breakfast and not be able to eat it. That was yesterday morning! Listen to the crunch!
Could not dine in. Closed then found online must call for a table. Crazy. Left and went elsewhere.
Sat in line with 2 cars ahead of me already at the window. I waited 20 mins for the guy to take my order. He dis so after the 2 cars ahead of me were gone. I get my food and it's cold. This was noon. Spent my whole lunch in drive thru. Ridiculous!
The inside temperature was colder than outside on a 51 degree day. Counter service seemed rather disorganized.
The lady at the drive thru window was very nice and personable. I will be returning to Wendy's because of the friendly service
Did an app order to do pickup in store. When I got there the lobby was closed so I was forced to go through the drive thru that had about 10 cars waiting in line. Waited 45 minutes to pickup my food which was now cold. Not happy, this is the WORST Wendy’s I have ever been to and will not be back.
Incredibly slow service. It takes 40+ minutes for them to get 3 cars through the drive thru. Then when you get to the window, you can hear the cashiers gossiping about customers. Never going back there.
Terrible service and terrible workers. Me and my father pulled into the drive through and told its going to be a minute. We patently waited for about 15 in the drive through when I asked if the server was still there. Then told to wait again with zero reason of why. My father asked what was the hold up was when we were told that “you’re more than welcome to leave and go somewhere else”. Absolutely shocked by that answer we were then told by the same guy “you can leave. ”. My father and I were extremely patient and did nothing rude what so ever to this employee. Terrible customer service and who ever that employee was extremely out of pocket and should be fired.
25 minutes for a Dave's double meal and 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal and the food was wrong. They did give me a refund and a cookie.
Currently in the drive thru now for 15 mins without anyone coming over the speaker to even ask me to wait called inside they said their drive thru is open but yet nobody is taking orders via the drive thru so now I will be the second car to leave.
Terrible service to put it lightly. Orders have been wrong every time I've been there. Manager is always looking on her phone, nobody answers the drive thru right away. Lights outside have been burnt out for months. Hope the guy behind me liked my sandwich I waited forever for.
