Wendy's, Westerville OH

Drive thru was fast. Order was correct. What more do you ask for. Biggest spicy chicken ever!

I will keep this review as short as possible. The crew member / cashier did a GREAT JOB, speaking clearly, provided a correct total amount and gave me the correct change. My order was served correctly and HOT/FRESH and was ready when I arrived at the second window. The sauces we asked for were provided without asking at the window and utensils and napkins were also in the bag without asking! The food tasted GREAT and looked like it does in the photos Thankfully it was open and very close to St. Annes hospital This Wendy's is in what seems to be a Clean and Safe location for those of you who are nervous about driving to get a meal late at night. This location is also open later than some north Columbus locations which is a plus!

Unfortunately, several items I wanted, (I have a family of 5), were not available. As for prices, I think Wendy's is a bit expensive for a fast food chain. It's about $8-$10 for just a decent sandwich and more if you want a combo. I spent $10-$20 per person. I spent $60 for 4 people and I only got myself a frosty, 98% of the $60 went on three 1 adult and 2 teens. (No my children are not obese by any means and neither was the other adult)

Due to the lack of items available and restaurant prices at a fast food chain I wouldn't say it's a 5 star fast food restaurant. Otherwise we had a great experience

I give the Wendy's in Westerville, OHIO at the intersection of Shrock Rd and Westerville Road Ohio, 4 stars OVERALL!

So here we are after 4 years since my last review of this restaurant when I ate here last and I see nothing much has changed in getting good service or food that has the correct temperature when served. The fries were hot but my sandwich was lukewarm, which was sad as the inside dining area was not busy. I fear that Wendy's will end up like Burger King and start losing its ability to deliver the outstanding service it once had.

So this wendys is ok.has been updated inside.we ordered the chicken Ceasars wrap.it simply would not hold together.the tortillas fell apart.

They do one order at a time. Drive thru asks you to hold on for several mins. Then you can order. We was in line for almost a hour. Absolutely terrible

The staff at this location was fantastic. Everything was very clean. The food was carefully prepared. Overall this Wendy's exceeds all expectations.

Ordered a burger and fries, person handed me bag while on her phone and fries were missing, don’t understand how you mess up two basic items, maybe it was bc the employee was on their phone!

Had the new strawberry frosty for the first time. Delicious but also super smooth and creamy, more so than a regular frosty.

I would've been eligible for Social Security by the time I got through that drive-thru tonight. BYE

Took forever to even order and then I saw the menu and for some reason they sell "48-50" piece nuggets they literally can't even get a consistent number and then they also filled up your drink at the counter for dine in even though they had fancy soda machines in the dining area there was also this just empty gap in the dining area (see attached picture) and it was so uncanny and the nuggets didn't look like real food (see attached picture) overall this is probably what I should've expected from Ohio

AWFUL - 3rd time they've severely shorted us on food and refuse to answer the phone. Nuggets twice, this time we got one of our 3 fries we ordered. So done w this place.

3 biggie bags, ONE EXTRA fry. Apparently that's to hard.always fun to pay for things you don't get

The person is on speaker no nice, i order plain potato sour cream and sal i have my potato but no sour cream no sal, all way people forget something is no good

The food is good, I just wish the person taking the order would focus on me while I am giving my order, seems like the person is distracted by others and sometimes misses an item I ordered and I get home and realize something is missing.

It's Wendy's. Not as bad as McDonald's, no matter how much they throw at ad campaigns, it will never be Dave's Wendy's. It is what it is. Corporate fast food.
The young lady waiting on us was nice, accurate, clean and actually cared to do her job right. Hopefully somebody who hires people will go there for lunch needing to hire somebody like her and she'll get a better job.
