6I would give 0 stars in all categories if possible. My name is Dr. Nussbam and I ordered 3 chilis and 3 biggie bags. After a long day of saving my patients, all I wanted was my 3 biggie bags and my chilis. I did not receive a receipt upon payment. Then, when I realized I did not receive my chili, I came back to the drive through, and they said they cannot do anything without a receipt. SCORE ONE FOR NUSSBAM. When I tried to talk to the manager, she had one of her teenage accomplices back her up through the drive through intercom and told us to "have a nice day". It was 9pm at night.what? SCORE ANOTHER FOR NUSSBAM. Anyways, they will not pick up the phone (probably because they are afraid of what will transpire had I been given the chance to speak with them). I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this establishment that I make from being the worlds youngest Harvard med school graduate. Dr. Nussbam signing off.
9/27/23 Update: Please close this useless location. Clearly management doesn’t care about this location by the way it’s being run. There have been no improvements in well over a year.
What has happened to this Wendy's? It used to be one of the best in the area but now the service is so slow and the orders are never right. Never. Please fix it
Again ordered on the app. Get handed sandwiches with no lettuce or tomatoes. No one will answer the phone when I get home. They they treat you like your supposed to drive all the way back up there to correct they're bad habits of constant being out of stock or plain lazy. On top of that I get treated like I'm petty by the manager
Very hostile environment. Was given the wrong order idk if the cashier heard my order wrong, while trying to request for my order to be corrected, she was adamant that she knew what she heard and I didn’t order what I said I did. The manager had her back too and tells me on the way out, “next time order the right thing”. I was completely appalled, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and you gave me an apple pecan salad, I didn’t even know you had an apple pecan salad, like calm down. Worst service I ever received. Worst location in the area, not only for the service, but they don’t open on time and never in stock.
Waited in line forever then had to wait to order, went to order was told I had to wait longer so drove off.
