Wendy's, Columbus OH

To the franchise owners of this Wendy's: the service and attitude and effort of this location's employees is atrocious. This morning I was the only customer and asked for two biscuit sandwiches. I was told they were out of biscuits and I would have to wait 6 minutes. 20 minutes later I had to go into the store myself to find out what was going on and got a lot of attitude and they had obviously forgotten to bother getting my order to me. This kind of thing happens frequently. I really like Wendy's products but this particular location is terrible. I worked at a Wendy's when I was 16 and I put in twice as much effort as these apparent adults. There wasn't even an apology for the wait. I'm thinking I'll never patronize this location again and happily tell everyone I know to stay away.

Good service today. Went inside and was greeted very nicely by a beautiful Latina with red lipstick and pig tails. The service was absolutely amazing though. Fresh food, clean store. Great experience today

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is terrible, they are rude and incompetent and clearly show that they do not want to be there. I ordered an Classic Asiago Ranch Club and somehow got no classic chicken, no Asiago, no ranch and no club. They gave me spicy chicken on bread with mayo. How do you miss everything thats in the name of the sandwich beats me. They forgot my fries and my frosty and give me attitude when I say my order is missing items. They ask to check my receipt. They see that they didn't give me my whole order and than still proceed to give me an attitude like if it was my fault.

We used the drive-through to pick up lunch. The service was good, food was good, fries were hot and that is really important to me.

I’d like to first note how I never review anything, but this HAS to be said so other people know. I’m not sure who is in charge of putting condiments on the sandwiches but for THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE learn what EXTRA means. I ask for extra mayonnaise every time and I NEVER get it unless I basically harass them about it. I’ve tried asking for it multiple different ways and they still serve me a sandwich with barely and mayo which makes it taste as dry as a bone. It’s really not a hard task, like just slap a pound of mayo on there and I’d be happy. Also-the tables are never clean in the dining room. Gross.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to! I have tried this location a few times and it is always a terrible experience. The customer service is non existent. I pulled up the window and it took 5 mins before they said anything to take my order. I ordered a Cobb salad, then I was told to pull forward. I waited in my car 10 minutes and walked inside and they were just sitting there in the back with a blank look on their faces like they did not want to walk out and hand me my food. I told the guy I was waiting for over 10 minutes so I wanted to come in and see what was going on. He said “Well it takes 12 minutes to make. ” I get my salad and the chicken is completely cold and there are nasty wilted pieces of lettuce (you can see in the photo)! I thought they just made it fresh and that it took 12 minutes? This place is terrible the floors were filthy, the people are rude and the food is awful! Stay far away!

They have managed to exceed my lowest expectations and have become the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They gave us a cheeseburger WITHOUT the burger. Just cheese and bread. How incompetent could you be? Do not go after 5pm. They somehow manage to get worse at night.

Food was really good most places they just smash the bun and throw everything together but it's was delicate and lots of toppings and just really good overall only complaints would be is food was somewhat cold

The lady in the drive through was rude, on her phone and was getting smart in the drive through. Her name is Ayesha

Quick stop before the color of summer event. Service was great food delicious. Love the fact there wasn’t any questions asked or astride given when I asked for fresh fries!

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The restaurant is dirty and the employees are beyond rude. The lady taking my order didn't say a word to me and just stared at me like she wanted to hit me throughout the entire ordering process. As I was eating my food all I could hear was the employees screaming and cursing and complaining about how much they hate the manager and the customers. I don't expect much from a fast food restaurant, infact I have never reviewed one, but it's pathetic when you can't even get basic human courtesy right. This Wendy's experience has strongly deterred me from choosing any Wendy's in the future. This was sad.

Never get order right through drive through. Missing or incorrect item pretty much every time it go. To the point where I check the bag at the window before pulling away.

3/3 times they have missed part of my order at the drive through. No apologies from anyone each time and I even had to drive back from my house to pick up the rest of my order. I do not recommend going to this Wendy’s and if you do, check your order before you drive away.

Horrible experience through & through. Attendant was unfriendly and had a bad attitude, they were out of the frosty they advertise, and I found a dead roach in my fries. 100% do not recommend and will never be returning, regardless of the convenience of the location.

Slow, incompetent teenagers who don't even listen to orders being placed and talk over you.

Worst Wendy’s ever, the stuff is just not cool with customers at all, rude and careless all the time.

Nice area. Terrible service. The workers make a lot of mistakes never put napkins forks or spoons in the bags. They ring orders wrong and are very rude at the window. Wendys used to be the best for service now not so much. The Cleveland ave location is even worse somehow. I bet anytime u go thru the Cleveland ave one you'll never ever get a frosty salad chili or potatoes. Its like they dont carry any of that stuff. The staff are incompetent and very rude. The bethel wendys isnt as bad but its still not a location I'd recommend if u want quality food. So good luck. Wendys in Columbus ohio sucks bad. Avoid all locations. Just drive to Dayton for wendys. Its still quality there.

Please clean your take out window. It was a mess. They seem to be out of certain things at certain times. It was ok but they could do better.
