Wendy's, Springboro OH

Went through the drive thru, and they stated their computer was down and they only needed 15 mins. We waited for 45 mins and when we checked in a again, they were surprised we had stayed. So we left. We noticed that when we were leaving they were giving other people food. So they ignored us.

20 minutes in line to take order get our drinks there hot with no ice ask about ice to be told rudely the ice machine has been down for 3 months and then slams the window shut worst windows ever been to with the rudest staff and management will NEVER Be back to that location

They was almost out of every drink had to repeat our order to them multiple times when we got the drinks they was luke warm with no ice

Felt sorry for the employees. Very short-handed. No biscuits in stock. Coke machine not working. Heard the manager in the background say she had no one to work after 5: 00 p.m. She didn't know what she was going to do. This would be an owner operator problem or a corporate problem. They need to step up and correct things before they go out of business. People are getting tired of constant poor food and service in the fast food industry. Corporate needs to realize it's not always about money

This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible. Nothing works properly and you’ll never get a correct order from this establishment. Also, they do not hire non whites or minorities. This Wendy’s is racists. If you were right now and white or a minority in the area, please be aware of this location I would avoid this location they are racist you will not get a correct order. This is a Klansville Wendy’s. All non white patrons beware.

Are you guys embarrassed that you’re always out of several basic items? No ice, no coke, no spicy chicken, or potatoes. What a joke!

Sat at the drive thru an hour after opening without any service. When I called to ask if they were open I was told the opener had just arrived and nothing was ready.

Great food lackluster service. Associates with the "I have to be here" look and disposition.

I ordered a large chili with cheese and onions and when I got home I noticed the chili didn’t come with either. I live pretty far away and just asked to return it because it would’ve been cold by the time I got back home. They said the best they could do was give me a cup of cheese.

Very irresponsible! This is the second time they are missing few things on my order. I ordered 2 Dave’s Combo, one medium one large and I didn’t get the medium meal. And for the large one they only put meat and cheese, missing other ingredients. I’m calling but nobody is picking up the phone, after a few calls they just disconnected their phones somehow, can’t reach out to them. Yet they took so long to prepare my order. It was my kids order for lunch. Disappointed!

Every time I come to this location they always mess up my order an it’s cold and it’s dry. This is the third time in two weeks. Tonight was by far the worst experience. I was the only car In the drive thru ordered Dave’s single plain an they put Mayo on my burger it doesn’t even get Mayo. Nuggets we’re cold an old. Fries were old. Employees just walking around. When I came back to get my order remade the cashier took my sandwich went to the grill area took off the top bun an put another back on the same sandwich that still had remnants of Mayo. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had an will not be coming back!

If I could give this place a zero I would I get there. There’s a car in front of me I’m sitting there for 10 minutes then I go to order my food. I sit there for another 10 minutes I go to order a Junior bacon cheeseburger plain a guy told me to hold on I sit there for another five minutes. I asked the guy if he got my sandwich and he asks what I said five times to the point where I was yelling then I order a salad he tells me they don’t have salads anymore so I order a hamburger plain only pickle he puts it in as bacon sandwich I tell him that is wrong he says ok I go to pay. I am at the window for five minutes. Then he hands me my food and I check my food. I ordered a six piece spicy chicken nugget. He put them as regular. He just threw all of my food into the bag, then the plain hamburgers were bacon hamburgers, and I told him I was supposed to have two plain hamburgers and a spicy chicken nugget, and he shut the window in my face then he hands me a strawberry lemonade when I asked for a regular lemonade I didn’t get my food fixed because he shut the window. I have went another time and they messed my order up so I went in and they was touching the food without gloves on. They had people just sitting there taking to each other.this place is the worst place I’ve ever been too.

This place is the slowest drive thru ever always out of stuff.today it was chocolate frosties and barbecue sauce.then can't get the order right and short me nuggets. I will not go back.

Second time at this store. Extremly impressed with how clean it is! Food was wonderful as always and staff quick and courteous!

We tried to dine in at 4: 00pm in a Saturday, and all the doors were locked, but with customers eating inside. Poor management, definitely I will never stop there.

I usually don't write reviews but I couldn't hold my self to not do this one, the food tasted like it has been sitting for a long time. And I couldn't believe that they would give me a cold coffee not even warm literally cold. If you are planning to eat here I would recommend going somewhere else to spend your money. And don't get me started about costumer service. If I could give it a zero I would.

Burgers dried out, overcooked, slapped on a stale bun with ok accouterments. Fries, at best, lamp warm.

Don’t stop here it’s very slow they don’t take your order till the other cars drive off Wendy’s has timed the staff into failure
