Wendy's, Cincinnati OH

10/15/23: Service was great - both drive-thru people polite and nice. Didn't skimp on salads like someone was doing before. Ghost pepper fries were OK, although for the price should have been more than just a small size fry portion - didn't realize they'd be so greasy either

This Wendy’s is just pathetic. Ordered breakfast before 10: 30, had to wait about 15 minutes to get the window to pay and by the time I got to the window it was 10: 32, she took my credit card then said breakfast is over, we’re not making your order.

They remodeled the inside it's nice, but you’re gonna wait all day In the drive thru to get your order n they aren’t Even happy to do your order all around horrible customer service today

Slow service. Cashier didn't take my order while waiting for customer food ahead of me food was being made. He obviously can't multi task. After 10 mins he took my order. Did say hi or anything. Just stared at me till I gave him my order. Food was cold. Bathrooms were nasty. Toilet didn't flush and handsink didn't drain. I will NEVER be eating there again. Everyone is more worried about playing on their phones and talking to Co workers instead of giving even mildly decent customer service.

Better than the Colerain location.well. ANY Wendy's location is better than Colerain.which should be bulldozed immediately!

It's Wendy's. Asked for a baconator with just the cheese and bacon but got everything on it anyways

I was very disappointed in the breakfast sandwich I received this morning. Typically this is the best Wendy's in my area but today the egg on my sandwich resembled & tasted like rubber. If I wasn't headed to work I would have definitely returned it.

Horrible experience closes at 12am but nothing available or ready. Dim lights and drive through menu turned off. Place looks closed. Ask for chili no chili ask For strawberry lemonade no lemonade oh and I guess after eleven they don’t accept cash either! I’m not sure why these places even bother anymore if you don’t want to service Anyone just close for good!

Everyone was in the back getting high drive through was full, people waiting in line, and no one was even around. Total dump.

Had to wait at the window for a few minutes before the food arrived. Got home 2 minutes away, hamburger and fries were room temperature. There is no way this place averages over 3 stars. It has to be relatives giving fake reviews so they can get a free frosty. The workers not friendly and have zero enthusiasm and seem to be annoyed that they are at work.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a strawberry lemonade. When I got to the window I handed them my card to pay and after paying was handed two bags with nuggets and fries and a sandwich. They then tried to hand me two frostys. I told them this was not my order and handed it back to them. They then found my order which ended up being cold and disgusting. I realized this after I had already left and was on my way. I was not given a receipt, but I later looked at my credit card statement and saw that I was charged $13.00. The total they gave me at the speaker was $11 something. So, not only did I pay for the wrong order, and overpaid for my order, I also received cold and gross food. To top it off I'm sure they just handed the order out again to the person behind me who had actually ordered it after it had been handed out and handled by another customer. That's so gross!

I've been here twice in the last week and both times had great service. Second trip took a couple minutes and the nuggets weren't very fresh but overall fine experience.

Not very busy when I arrived. I liked that there are salads offered as well as the traditional menu. I also appreciate that there are value options. Finally, the soda machine is amazing - all the choices!
