Wendy's, Maineville OH

It is always slow even if there is not a line. It is hit or miss with the quality of food. Sometimes, it is great other times it is awful. If you like gambling, this is the place for you.

I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich (I had never had Wendy's breakfast) because I was so hungry. Service was quick and drive-thru attendant was friendly. The English muffin bun on my sandwich was FROZEN? So. Couldn't eat it. Still hungry. Won't be getting breakfast here again. Very disappointed and still hungry.

Felt adventurous today and decided to treat myself to a chicken sandwich and fries. Took a huge bite, chewed and swallowed it before realizing that I just ate what looks like blood and who knows what else. I’ve never been so disgusted. Do better maineville Wendy’s!

Bad on all of it from drinks food bathroom and employees I can't believe they are open food was nasty employees rude

Would give zero stars if I could, would not recommend. $13 grilled chicken wrap and it was just lettuce and cheese barely.

No bowls for salads? Half of the drink options are out? What’s going on with management here? Very poorly ran location.

This Wendy’s is very poorly managed because: no large lids, bought a Cobb salad the chicken, cheese, bacon, and eggs were missing, they have been out of bags, most of the time you can’t a Cobb salad, and tonight they had no bowls for the salad. There seems to be a problem every time I go through the drive thru.

Seemed like chicken was sitting awhile before it was served to me and the french frys were so salty I could not eat them.

This Wendys says its opened at 6: 30am but everytime I go there to get breakfast before work they are never open. They turn their signs on and show they are open but when you pull up to the window and talk to the manager he states they arnt open yet because he doesn't have the prep work done.

Service isn’t the worst but the food is compared to other Wendy’s, regardless of it being breakfast or regular menu. I’ve deleted the app it’s that bad.

Wendy's has a good selection of food. Love the drink machines, they have cherry Dr pepper

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. The staff is always rude and acts like they have no clue what they’re doing or what’s going on. The food is always terrible. I watched someone drop the lid of a drink in the floor and continue to put it in a drink for a DoorDash order and will never go back. DO NOT recommend this wendys.

Horrible Wendy's Location. First time I ordered, they forgot to include my 10 piece chicken nuggets. I ordered again (this time ordering 2-10 piece chicken nuggets,) and they sent me 1 order, and it didn't even have 10 nuggets (there were only 8). I have had numerous problems with this location. Either I am missing an item, or they don't get the order correct. I am done with this location. And I am done contacting Cooperate. They don't do anything.

Joel served us. Was very honest with us and made sure we were well taken care of. Will be coming back here 100% because of him

Placed an order on the app around 9: 45, pulled into the drive thru at 10, and the creature working the drive through abruptly said “location’s closed”

Hours listed said they were open until 11, but whatever. I said I was just there to pick up an order real quick and was hit with an extremely rude “it’s still closed”

I asked about a refund and was met with silence. Safe to say I won’t be back.if you’re reading this, pick somewhere else.

Place turned off breakfast at 10am. They didn’t have drive thru turned in either. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes then waited inside for 10 mins for them to come out and flip the signs around and say “there’s no breakfast left”. Franchise owner should be absolutely ashamed of the staff and people they have allowed to represent their business.
