Wendy's, West Carrollton OH

We will never go back to the Wendy's in WC, we've had issues for awhile with them not putting all our food in the bag and little things like that, that is going to happen from time to time but never like this. My husband went in to get us some lunch and the place was nasty. Loogies all over the windows, the ketchup machine was torn apart and there was a big bag of ketchup sitting on the counter for people to use. The people who were working were horrible. The woman taking orders was on a personal phone call the whole time and not paying attention to the customers, many customers tried saying thank you to her and she ignored. The man cooking the food was upset my husband asked for cheese sauce and sighed and said in front of everyone "Why does everyone want cheese sauce? ". They didn't give me or offer a lid to my cup even though they had some. All my nuggets were dumped in the bag, and instead of putting the cheese sauce on my husband's burger, they just gave us a chili cup full of it. We feel just so horrible for all the older people that were in there that went for a nice lunch:/

I love Wendy's, but we will be going to a different one.

Decided to give the West Carrollton Wendy's another try but nope. Got 3 large Chili's and they were ice cold not to mention 2 single cheese with only mustard came as 1 single cheese with ketchup and the other was a single cheese with everything do the people that work there not listen or just don't care.

Lucky my husband didn't get food poisoning from the chili took it back and got money and they asked if I wanted to take it home and eat it anyway.

So I ordered lunch for my coworkers and I. After checking the order and realizing it was not correct. I called the restaurant and the first thing I hear when I wanted to report that my order was wrong was a manager yelling at the employee asking why she answered the phone. And the second thing he said was well I don’t know just take their name and tell them to just come in tomorrow after 10: 30. Well Sir if you’re the manager you should have answered the phone and cared enough to take my order down and see what was wrong with the order. I will not take my business there again.

Nothing's changed except the amount of laxative that is put in your food has increased. Prepping for a colonoscopy anything from here will help before your actual prep.

Came thru this morning ordered two breakfast baconator combos. They messed that all up.got one without sausage half filled potatoes. Woman at the window held on to my debit card did not swipe and return then tried to rush me along so I would forget it. When I asked for it back she tried to tell me i had i had it.and when I asked her for a reciet oh it did not print. I will never vist this wendys again. You got casheirers attempting to steal and who cannot ring in orders right.

Will drive out of the way to another Wendy’s next time. Went through the drive thru and They forgot to give me my salad so I tried to go in to grab it and the doors were locked. Next I called and someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Had to end up getting back in the drive thru line and waiting another 15 minutes. The time you spend driving an extra 5 minutes to a different Wendy’s will be well worth it.

I will drive 5 miles out of my way to another Wendy's.
8 out of the last 10 visits were bad. Monday nights is the we are out of meat, buns, chicken, and 10 more items. They say their shipments come on Tuesday morning.
Other times it's been sorry we have two large orders and can't service you for twenty mins.
Waiting for over 15 minutes for 4 cars at night is stupid.
No one is smiling or nice on average, just a job, I guess.

Best thing about it was the guy working the counter - extremely friendly, helpful and doing everything he could to keep things moving. It appeared short staffed as it was 1215 on Tuesday and only a single person working the register as well as filling orders for walk in customers. Food was subpar at best. Limp fries, no salt, chicken sandwich was well I don't have anything good to say about it, and the self serve drink machine had no ice whatever even though it was only 1215 and maybe 6 people total in the dining room. Floor from dining room to the restroom was shiny and slippery with residual grease. Won't be back.

Who runs this location? You might as well close down at this point. Every single time I try to give this location another chance you are out of EVERY single thing. Frosty? No way. Nuggets? Nope. Salad? No. We pulled up a few weeks ago and all they said they were selling was fries and water. Like close down and let another business ACTUALLY make money there

Wrong size items missing items shorted me on nuggets. Yall need to do better I want my money back.

Waited a while in line only couple cars ahead of me. Finally get my turn and only ordered 1 sandwich and 1 drink. So I looked in bag and sandwich inside get hone and there's a single w cheese and ton of ketchup. My order was a Baconator. So I called and the manager is making it right and has my name down for a replacement sandwich but bet the car in front of me will be ticked they had to pull up and wait on their order and that's probably what the guy working the window gave me was one of theor sandwiches.

The very worst fast food I've been in, the most unorganized, employees standing talking, the1st time took 20 min to order and another 15 min for the food, decided to try again, waited 20 min still hadn't ordered, left disgusted, unbelievable.this place will ruin your day.

Just got the $4 meal and chili, another visit for chili. Prices have increased but I still enjoy Wendy's. Decent snack

Went to get food through the drive-through line between 1145 and 1220 that's how long I sat there before I got my food. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I recommend nobody going to this West Carrollton branch Wendys. My son worked there but they're getting absolutely ridiculous went inside. The whole store was a mess! Water all over the floor the bathroom was it up and running just absolutely horrible

Waited over 30 minutes for a combo. It's not that I really mind the wait as it came out raw. Absolutely gross. I call customer support and they could really care less

Worst fast food restaurant ever. Every location sucks. Service sucks wait time is horrible. I didn't get anything because they aren't taking orders rn. At 12: 46 in the afternoon!

Got off the highway for a decent meal, get all the kids unbelted, shoes on, get to the door and it's locked! Drive-thru only. So place full of workers, line wrapped around bld waiting? Guess won't be getting my money! Thanks for wasting our time. I can see why you have below reviews.

Will not go back there and I work close just a sorry place

May 28th 8pm. We waited 30 minutes. We assumed they were understaffed, which a long wait is understandable if they were. We counted 8 people that we could see working. There was even a wait when we were at the window to pick our food up. The food was a little stale and for some odd reason the OJ had soured. It still had a little bit of time on the expiration date, but it was room temperature. My guess is that it was left out.
