Wendy's, Bucyrus OH

The girl taking my order at the speaker was either hard of hearing or doing something else I had to repeat everything 5 times and then she still got the order wrong and shorted me food.
Overall the food was great that I received, the service was a high 2/ low 3.

Almost at midnight of labor day, it was great relief to find Wendy's open. Being pure and strict vegetarian, it was cherry on cake that person at counter agreed to make it complete vegetarian burger on demand (you won't find in the menu).
Want to say thank you Wendy's to serve when almost entire nation was on vacation

The window service was not nice. I went to this location 2 days in a row and was disappointed each time.

Came through Bacchus on a trip to Pennsylvania and had to say the food was cold the iced tea was stale and 15 teenagers behind the counter for being so obnoxious for 10: 30 at night the food sat on the counter for 5 minutes before anyone said it was done overall I wasn't satisfied

I get the chili at least four times a week.and it is usually really good, tonight they overdid on the Pepper, but still edible. The crackers were the Wendy's brand and they were very, very stale. I also got a Wendy's taco salad that the container was only half full of the lettuce mixture. Come on a salad that cost almost $10 should have a decent amount of lettuce, and no field greens, after all, tacos only have lettuce in them as your menu states, not field greens. Plus I got your cookies, they are great!

Tried to call in for delivery 2 times and hanged up on me both times. Speechless. Would give zero star if there is an option.

Great for late nights, they have an app although you probably won't save much using it. I have to say the best part about their store is that you can run there at the end of the day close to midnight and still pickup a meal before bed. Plus their staff are friendly too.

Manager refused to give mobile order even when I came inside. If you want a good experience try Galion or marion. Even upper sandusky is nice.

My bestie and I stopped here on our way home from Lake Erie. I used coupons I received for a bad experience (at a different location) I was so pleased with the service and the food was just like I always remember Wendy's burgers from my childhood. Thank you for an awesome end to the girls weekend!

First time at this location, it's very nice on the interior. The cashier was very friendly and gave good service. Tried the new ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich, which I thought was pretty good for commercial heat. The food came out quickly during lunch. I would definitely return to this location.

I will say though Wendy's food quality is going down while their prices are still going up. Wendy's just isn't really worth it as much now a days, it cost almost $13 for a med combo.

Bucyrus Wendy's was clean, peacefully, and we enjoy lunch before going to Little Shop on the Corner

Has not got an order right in the last six orders forgot pop with combo Colin told me pop didn't come I see the manager the next time and ask him why he told me that he's like I don't know potatoes either raw or 5 hours old I have a picture of one bacon cheese potato with five tiny little pieces of it's not even worth complaining about anymore they don't care

Used to be great but now its not great.

Wendy's as a brand is good, food is very good for the price. This store (in my experience) has its ups and downs as of recently.

Usually go through the drive through and get lunch and I understand a minor screw up here and there like forgetting cheese cups and such. But often their cheese cups are very watered down and I have had times where it seems like they threw them in the bag and cheese went all over.

This morning i stopped for breakfast There were maybe 3 people ahead of me. When i got up to the order speaker the person said go ahead with my order, I said my order and then she said there was someone at the window and to say it again. I understand being short staffed but it Took about 15 minutes, I said i wanted a sausage and cheese biscuit and a bacon and cheese biscuit with no egg.
Bacon is very over cooked and the biscuits are very dry and they did put egg on both.

Also be warry of people cutting in line in front of you in the drive thru. They should really put a curb there as people often block the side walk.
