Wendy's, New Lexington OH

Everytime I get food here something in the order is messed up. EVERY. TIME.for as expensive that it is, you think you would at least get your food you ordered…. But guess not:) staff is always lost or have an attitude for no reason lmao

I went through the drive threw at dinner hour. The food was terrible my fries were hard as a rock and my nuggets I ordered looked like half regular and half spicy. Was not at all satisfied or happy with what I ordered.

We stopped by and the crew was nice and polite today and they actually got the order correct and it was hot and fresh so no complaints.

This place is straight out of the horror movies and I just don't get why. They have a decent staff seem to be respectful, nice, and hard working, but honestly I don't think they have anything to do with the disaster that's enveloped them AKA Wendy's. I cought a brief second of the GM and her helper that were in town and it automatically clicked heirin lies the true problem. She was a wolf in sheep's clothing for sure she was dressed up and had a good demeanor but the second my worker asked her a question about the fountain drinks she went off and snapped on her I felt so bad about it and embarrassed for the employees to be belittled by the GM for asking a question what a misplaced talent that GM is I'm telling you she'd make a cold blooded killer think twice about stealing an example sugar packet and that's exactly what she ought to be doing is rustling up inmates because she treats her staff lower than one and then blatantly leaves that certain Wendy's low on product, staff, moral, and cleanliness it's a shame I could run it from my couch in Crooksville 100% better it'd be like night and day! Fire that GM like yesterday Wendy's and get someone from around here that has a little respect for the area for goodness sake!

I ordered a 4 piece of nuggets and only got 3.

I called back and told the operator that whoever is parting the nuggets is retarded and they need fired if they can’t count to 4 (not offensive, scientifically proven). They tried to call me back, I didn’t answer. I called back and they told me “you didn’t give us a chance to explain”, as if it’s really hard to count to four all of a sudden.

I know, I’m sorry, it’s my fault.

I would rather order from a 5th grader next time.

I usually do a mobile order and go through the drive thru to pickup my order.
The food is usually good, the only negative is that they are usually slow.

Sure would be nice to get my $31.05 back on food I never received called corporate they said they would send messages over to store to refund never got it called the store several times they always tell me they're busy or they will have to check into it and call me back and they never do

Ordered at Drive thru and it was only a few minutes. Food was good, window person was courteous and professional

The chili was delicious, there chili has not been that good recently, today it was good, the fries sucked got a 5.00 biggie bag
