Wendy's, Chardon OH

The food was as expected, but it was raining when I picked up my order, via the drive-thru. There are no rain awnings, so in the short time I ordered, then received the food at the window, the interior of the vehicle and my left side were completely drenched. I should have picked it up at the counter.

Cleanest Wendys I have ever visited. Food was very well prepared, not thrown together like some places.

It's a wendys. It's pretty good one of my favorite fast foods and it was clean and the people were nice!

The girl that took my money was new but she had a smile that brightened your day and she was very polite

We were the only people in the restaurant. I actually had a craving for a Wendy's burger. We were served old nasty tasting fries. I did ask for fresh ones and were given some, NOT as many that were served the first time. My burger was lukewarm not hot. As we were sitting there a worker was complaining very loudly about a customer in the drive through. How they were unhappy about their fries! I said to my husband, well they were old of course they did. To sit in the restaurant and listen to an employee talk very LOUDLY about a customer poorly was not right! The "manager" was actually a kid, when I say kid I mean 20 or younger, she did get me more fries and was trying to be a manager but should have nipped it in the bud. I feel like they need better management. Then I bought a frosty. First, when did they change that? Not as chocolate as I remember. Didn't taste the same. Secondly, the order came to 3.09, I gave the girl 5. She gave me back 3.10. I said this is not right, your drawer will be wrong. She said no that is OK keep it. I went back to my husband and then a couple minutes later hear her say to another employee, hey someone tell me what is 3.09 from 5?
This is very sad. Someone from Wendy's need to tell the employees that customers in the restaurant can hear them, ESPECIALLY IF NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE RESTAURANT!

HUSBAND WANTED SO WE WENT.
FOOD Was COLD! FRIES AGAIN WERE OLD AND COLD AND NASTY! ALOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING!

CHARDON WENDYS SUCKS!

We went there and just ordered two of your Junior burgers and waited 15 minutes and nobody else was in line

Thia is a great go to place for seniors citizens as they get free senior drinks, hot or cold. And theyr sandwichis are always good.

Went through the drive thru. Got a asiago chicken sandwich. The chicken was so dried out I threw it in the trash. Waste of money.

While this is a chain the experience isn't always the same. Over the last year I've had Wendy's 3 times. Today was my 4th. My go to has always been the baconator. Not in the last year, the 1st one was like a mini sandwich, reminded me of a bacon mcdouble. But maybe they though I meant son of baconator. The second, it had no bacon on it. And the last time, it had no sauce. That's alot of meat for no sauce, but this trip, which we never go to chardon, so this might have been our first time there, was perfect. Fries were hot, frostys were cold. And our kids and neice loves the freestyle machine. And the counter clerk was friendly.

At the end of March, Wendy's changed the chicken in their salad and wraps from patties to some "pre-cooked chicken piece" nonsense. It has lead to noticeably worse food quality and taste. I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad today and was so disappointed by the chicken in it I will never order one again. The staff here is nice though

This Wendy's is good and bad sometimes. Just depends on who is working I guess. Sometimes my food is delicious and sometimes it's like burned and not good.

Its fast food obviously its going to taste decent but its not the best, they often forget sizes of food u order but they make sure to downsize it, I'm pretty sure the inside hasn't been open for a while i was disappointed trying to skip the drive through

Learn how to serve the Chili order, stick the dipper all the way to the Bottom of the Pot and bring up so we get a correct mix of meat, beans and sauce.lazy people just scoop off the top and we get Tomato soup with a few Beans in it, then requesting correct service Mrs drive thru order taker gets defensive. Really you get how much per hour now and can't even serve Chili.
