13We ordered at the Drive-thru, and they were a little busy. The employee kindly told us he'd be with us in a moment. We placed our order for Frosties. The van in front of us had a very large order, causing us to wait longer than usual. When we got to the pick-up window, there was an employee whose shift just started. He noticed our Frosties were melting from the longer wait in front of us and gave us new ones. It's great to see young adults being so friendly and caring!
The wait at this Wendy's was a complete joke. The drive thru was packed so went inside for a frosty and Biggie Bag. I swear I was here 20 minutes just for that.
My burger was not cooked all the way it was still pink in the middle and yet the assistant manager just wanted to do nothing about it didn’t wanna refund my money didn’t want to remake my burger or anything very piss poor management!
So disappointing with the service at this location over 6 employees in the store at 8: 30pm and we had to wait a good 10mins for them to take our order and there was only 1 car in front of us. The wait time was ridiculous and my fries where cold and the staff didn't even seem happy to be working with customers just an overall bad experience
Was told by the guy who told me they were gonna fuggin pull me ahead that if I don't like the way he curses at customers to not come back while he's there. Very unhappy with this poor service.
My wife bought a pretzel burger along with other sandwiches. When she got home, she realized that after eating the Pretzel burger, it was raw inside. She called the store where the manager (Katie) said, " she cooked meat to guarantee meat safety. " The implication was my wife was lying about sandwiche being raw inside. The picture is blurred, but you can tell it's raw.
It was good but the employees leave much to be desired. Not very friendly or work weary. Not sure they have heard go the extra mile, or be kind. Smile, be friendly?
I was in the area, craving chili cheese fries. There was more cheese goo than chili or fries. I’ll give it another try, someday.
Need a leader for your crew. Seemed like everyone had one speed.slow.and order was wrong. Slow drive thru and inside when I had to return the wrong order. No sense of urgency observed by anyone there. Lol
A thousand times better than nearby Jerry's restaurant. Wendy has a bathroom a handicap person can use too. Better food and service as well.
Most Wendy's are 3 or 4 star places. Unfortunately a 20 minute wait (4 cars in the drive thru, one pulled away after 15 minutes) and cold fries doomed this store. A "sorry for your wait" would have made it to two stars, no acknowledgement was made.
Try #2 - same results.
Depressing and dirty atmosphere.wife woke up this morning sick from a lady bug she ingested in the chilli.
I can't rate this place and/or tell you what I got because it's 7: 06 in the morning and there are not even open but online says they're open.
