Wendy's, Cleveland OH

Terrible! Burger and fries were cold. Lemonade was warm poured over ice, so it watered-down quickly. I hate fast food in the hood, owners don't care about quality in any category.

Waited in line for about 30 minutes it was about 1145 am and 4 cards ahead of me, as we proceeded to wait I watched cars go in and out of line, after waiting another 15 minutes a woman got on the pa and said it would be another 20 minutes wait be aside they were in the middle of shift change, come 1pm who still waiting to be served me, I waited for food I must say my kids wished was something else, i believe they need help

Expect a 30 minute+ wait and sub par customer service. Not even a hello can I help you or have a nice day. Just a bag handoff and a nod followed by s closing window. Do yourself a favor and visit any other location.

I attempt to go here on my lunch break but it’s way to Ghetto as can be it’s ridiculous always short staff as to why they say only the drive through is open and need to put a sign on the door to let customers no the inside is closed people getting out of the long slow line to walk in there’s no sign on the door saying the inside is closed to miss there spot and the manager is always yelling at his employees even tell women

Mobile order wrong, not ready, would not refund a salad that they DIDN'T HAVE! Even the receipt had a footprint on it. I cannot make this S#$@ up!

Customer Service is terrible. Cashiers don't smile, very unpleasant. It's the only fast food place in the area, I go there for my grandson. The line is aaaaaaaalwayyyyyys an extremely long wait. ALWAYS! I cringe every time my grandson asks for Wendy's. It's 1 minute from my house, but consistently takes at least 10-15 minutes inside (2-3 people in line)
20-25 minutes outside (3-5 cars). No thank you, for your patience. Ridiculous!

The service is incredibly slow. Sometimes it's faster to go inside than through the drive thru. They serve old potatoes and half made sandwiches. Did not enjoy. Do not recommend.

The workers are really awesome, just not suited for fast food speeds etc.

This store is so ghetto and unprofessional. I bought a chicken wrap and it was cold, the veggies were stale. Then speaking to the cashier through the drive thru act like he was annoyed when I was asking questions and being rude.

Horrible location. Nasty @$$ people. Flies all over the place flying around the food. As a manager, you can't by fly traps or sticky fly paper. If i could give 5 0's, I would. Do not eat here!

I always enjoy my purchase, however the eating area and the ketchup/utencil station are always dirty. The cashiers never seem to have the right training to apply coupons and or change an order. I now usually just buy to go.

Manager almost opened the door while I was taking a poop. Was literally in restroom about 5 minutes before they started pounding on the door asking how long I would be in restroom. When I finally leave there isn't even someone waiting to use the bathroom just the manager staring at me and he said we have people who OD. Who the hell says that. Unbelievable and will never eat at this or any other Wendy's again!

Incompetent staff, wait times range from 10-30 minutes. Extremely high chance your order will be messed up.

Slow, on the east side, it, s to be expected.my niece went in to purchase food, she was in there for 45 minutes.

When will I ever learn! This location is horrible! Just got off work, too tired to cook. Really just sat in this drive thru line for 30 mins. Got to window and still waited on them to fix each meal one at a time. Ridiculous!

Slowest wendys in CLEVELAND.last sunday they didnt open until 12: 45 i called cooperate it didnt seem like they cared.where the employees make stand its always dirty (the food was good though)

One of the worst Wendy's experiences I've had n Cleveland area. Long waits both inside and out. Staff is more into socializing and their cellphones, than customer service. Neighborhood teens and employee's siblings "hang out" inside, and loiter outside for hours in the parking lot.

Came to this location twice this and they are still closed. Seen an employee outside, asked what time they are opening and he replied he doesn't know what time they are opening. While driving off notice two more employees sitting in the lobby with the lights off, one was one the phone.

Best fast food place in the area! But that doesnt mean they're great. Just beats the conpetition.

THE WORSE WENDY'S IN CLEVELAND! The workers always have attitudes and are always hanging out in the parking lot while paying customers wait at least 20 minutes before getting a chance to order and still another 10 minutes to place your order! Then wait another 15 minutes to get to the window, and prayerfully your meal will be ready! THROW THE WHOLE DAMN RESTAURANT AWAY! Wish I could give -5stars
