Wendy's, St Bernard OH

By far the worst fast food placs in Cincinnati. I just had a 1 hour with for a single 4 for 4. And they still got the order wrong. How do you take 1 hour and still fail? This is pretty regular at this wendys

In and out, food was fresh, right around lunchtime. I snagged a Dave's double combo. I would return.

Long wait to place order, extremely difficult order placing, and fulfillment severely lacking. Management had a bad attitude when asked to satisfy the rest of my order.

Wendy's has definitely went downhill in the last few years. I'll never go to Wendy's again. My hamburger was ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted and the lettuce was wilted and it was warmer than my hamburger which was as thin as bologna. You can not tell me the employees even remotely care what they serve you. Caution there food is not worth your hard earned money. Sorry Dave your food is garbage!

Pretty standard experience for a fast food restaurant. No mistakes, hot and fresh food, salad was fresh and my burger was well portioned

WorkThe service and the time I spent waiting on my order was too long 30 minutes and there was other people before me waiting. St. Bernard Wendy need to get it together. I asked for my money back and the manager Tammy did not apologize for my wait or for having to give my money. She just handed me my money. The people behind the counter was running around saying it's not my fault. Not professional at all from the manager on down. I left and went to Chilitime. Didn't have to wait there.

The restaurant its self was clean and well maintained but the service was ridiculous. Besides my husband and I there were only 2 other customer's inside who had already ordered and were waiting on their food. We waited almost 15 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take our order. Plenty of workers were behind the counter but they completely ignored us standing at the counter. When they finally took our order we waited another 15 mins before they gave us our food.

No I had a very bad experienced there. They didn't not have soar cream far my taco salad.my ice cream was running it took me 30 minutes to get to the front in the drive thru. Sad

I mean, it's a Wendy's. You get the food you expect. Though, I must admit, this one tends to be slightly slower than other Wendy's I've been to. Wouldn't recommend in a rush.

It was around 10 in the evening and cars were leaving because of the long wait. I don't know if they're understaffed or what but it's something that definitely should be addressed.

Went to Wendy's drive through in St. Bernard. Got the Giant JBC, fries, nuggets and drink for $5.00. It's a great deal. We think their burgers taste more like homemade than most. We do lots of fast food drive thrus and this one is one of the slowest. They are always friendly and apologize for the wait. But just make sure you aren't in a time crunch when you stop here.

So slow. Food is never hot unless you ask for special order food. The lobby isn't cleaned and too many damn flies! Workers are ghetto.

So bad I cancelled my order and got my money back. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for burgers.

I swear this place gets worse every time I go. Long waits for literally no reason, usually cold food. Most workers are cool

St.bernard wendy has good food but the manager and the people up front at the counter are very rude and disrespectful, it's so awful, but I gave 2 stars for the good food

This place has the worst service and food. I recently bought a cheese burger and found a nail in it. I sat down and went to the bathroom before I left and saw a roach on the floor. The manager will kick out people even if they bought food

The food was decent. Waited quite a while in the Drive-Thru. It amazes me how please and thank you is not a thing in Fast Food Service anymore.

It would not get this one star if they ain't make yu choose 1-5. They stuck. Everytime I came here, my food goes back at least one time. In most cases it's two. They need new management or to be shut down for how nasty the bathroom is kept. Last night was my last time giving bad service my money.
