Wendy's, Dayton OH

Hot all the time, they stay busy long lines all the time. Fresh food for sure always hot, but when I go they always forgetting something Smh.

Food always seems good and for the most part quickly served. I'm not really ever in a rush, so waiting a few minutes for food that I don't have to make seems reasonable. Building needs an update and seems to be one of the oldest ones around town.

I love this place! They prepare excellent meals, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that restaurant is an expert, I like a lot trying all their food. The food is always good, the attitude towards the customers is good. I go often to this place and I was never disappointed. I highly recommend it.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. They didn’t give us all our food and then I sat through the line twice for them to say I was harassing them. They were so disrespectful and rude I will never ever eat there again. Never eat there they ate disgusting and evil and they will rob you and then try to call the police on you for harassment. Evil disgusting people. I will never dine there again.

Poorly managed store. At roughly 6 p.m, the store was completely out of any soda that wasn't diet from the lobby dispenser: Coke, Power Ade, Dr Pepper, all of the Wendys signature, and many others. The cashier was on his personal cell phone while taking my order and he was eating restaurant food. All of the napkins were backwards in the dispensers so it was tough getting out just a couple of them. They were also out of ketchup cups for the lobby. There's loiters going to all of the drive through cars asking for money, rides, and other things and this has happened on multiple occasions.

Always fast service and correct.they have the same lady always taking the orders and she is what you call Customer service!

We returned our food 3 different times we bought inaders (3) gross all I can say messy Lobby sorry Wendy's

Quite possibly the oldest Wendys in Dayton, still holding down the neighborhood fort at Wayne & Wyoming.

I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from this place since the building does look a little worn down. But I've been here several times now and the food tastes nice and fresh and the staff has always been super pleasant and friendly! So much so that I felt compelled to leave a review for a fast food restaurant, which doesn't happen too often for me.

They were lined out to Wyoming.they had a delivery being dropped off and the semi was holding the traffic to thetime 30 mins. We had to back up move awtotal ay to allow truck to pass. Got to order and it took another 15 mins They were down 2 staff

I got some haby miles for my kids avan imad hes thev one help me for my Marconi on the morning every day so he dzorfite but Wendy's on dayton ohio clin and nice.

I sat in the drive through for 18 mins i was the only car here just to get all the way home to have half my order wrong just to come back and sit another 15 mins to get the right food

Went for my kids lunch and by the time i ordered their lunch the young lady on the mic was being so rude i didnt order my lunch i wanted nothing more than to report her rude ass. But hopefully she learns to like her job then maybe shed be less rude.

After a long day of work and training I decided to grab dinner. I number 7 and a 6 piece. I look inside I promise you I saw the guy grab my nuggets with his hands but I couldn't verify. Then I get home the nuggets cold, sandwich has no cheese like I requested, has some sauce I didn't ask for and the chicken paty not cooked all the way. Very disappointed. This the guy in the Bengals van.

12 min in the drive thru only to get cold frozen fries with my spicy chicken sandwich which was mushy all for the wonderful price of $7.39 what a waste Wendy's has gone down the drain. Good luck lost me as a customer

Sat in line for 20 mins then sat at the window for another 30 because they forgot we had 2 orders and they still messed 2 of the sandwiches up! Never fails will never go back

Service extremely slow here. Soda machine inside the restaurant completely nasty and sticky and has ice overflowing from it and pop all down the front. The staff care more about being cool and talking to each other that helping the line of patrons out to the door. The kid at the fryer rubs his head with his hands, then rubs his shirt and then handles your food after hes finished scrubbing his scalp. Totally disgusting. Wont be back.

We've noticed your nuggets are smaller and you're more greedy with the sauces. I can't eat 10 nuggets with once dipping sauce. Get it together.

Food is always on point but the wait here is awful. I got in line once around 1030 pm n it 45 mins to get 3 meals

Took forever for them to get our food and the seating was nill to none because the kids had claimed most of the seats. We had to sit in a booth that is hard for the person I was with to get out of. They need to limit how many kids are aloud in at one time. Please take that into advisement.
