Bad customer service. They lie and false advertise the hours of service and lack of dining service. The employees are very unprofessional.

Cold and dry chicken sandwich. Burger meat ice cold. Fries were refried a few times and were dark and cold. Almost unedible. Very disappointed.

No. This location never has enough staff, long lines, stale cookies, etc. This nothing against the employees themselves, it has to be someone higher up. Just expect long wait times and/or inconsistent quality of service

Can no longer get a small salad, must pay more for only one size. Usually go to Fairfield but went to Northland Blvd. Salad had lots of browning & stems I pick out. Service is fairly fast.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's they screwed up both orders when we tried to call them to correct the order they told us we had to get back through the drive-thru line which we are dirty waited approximately 20 minutes in to place our order so we get back in the drive-thru line they asked us for the old food back we give it back to them they put the new burgers in the old bag with the old french fries and Nuggets covid huh

Despite the appalling and sudden decline in service at almost every fast food establishment in the city (low pay.hard to find staff for that pay so current staff work when they feel like it.tail wagging the dog. Bad management. You can not let in inmate run the asylum. Crank up that hiring.crank up that firing. All that being said, Wendy's system is holding up under the pressure of poor quality staff much better than McDonald's, Popeye's and other fast food places.

It took forever in the drive thru! I was trapped because of the curb! They took 1 order, filled that 1 order & that customer pulled away before taking 1 more order! Then the process continued!

There was a very long line at the pickup window so I went inside. For young men we're standing at the counter and none of them asked what I wanted. After 5 minutes I asked them and three of them just stood there. One fellow said he was changing out the cash drawer. Nothing else with it was said I waited five more minutes and left oh, the fellow changing the cash drawer said have a good day. So I came away with nothing this was the Wendy's at Northland boulevard and Springfield Pike

Do not eat here they cook and touch all food without gloves, I saw the cheif wipe his hands on his pants and then continue to make the food

Horrible app, horrible experience, trying to order for 15 minutes. Finally thought it was successful. Can't even "check in" after putting in my credit card. Staff in restaurant weren't helpful, were indifferent and said they have no control over the app. Don't release an app that hasn't had the kinks worked out!

Not very professional. Kitchen needs air because one staff member was dripping sweat from his head despite all the napkins under his hat, while making the lemonade. Lets just say I'll probably never have a lemonade from Wendy's, if I ever go back.

Employees are rude and nasty. As i was paying for my food. I saw a employee walk from the back with 3 pieces of frozen chichen in his hand with no glove i immediately asked for a redund & the guy got snippy with me

Only in emergencies should you go to this Wendy's especially if in a hurry. You can complete your grocery list, make out Christmas cards, make calls you otherwise don't have time for. Suggestion, go in.

Employee on front counter was rude and smobby. Asked for the 4 for 4 with a baked potato and she got rude and said the 4 for 4 doesn't come with a potato. She was rude when I said to cancel my order that I'll go somewhere else. Bathroom had trash on the floor. I know that I can order a 4 for 4 with a baked potato instead of fries due to me having friends and family working for wendys. Don't appreciate the service and will never return to this wendys. She told the manager with a smobby attitude that customer got mad cause the 4 for 4 doesn't come with a baked potato and the manager named Antonio rudely said obviously it doesn't come with a baked potato.

The line went at a nice pace and the food was just ok. My problem is they tried to charge for honey mustard and no one does that anymore. If I go to another Wendy's in another area I would just get the honey mustard. Stop being petty and just give the condiments, its your job. The reason was I didnt have chicken nuggets. I got a chicken sandwich. Technically it's the same family of food just give the honey mustard. Dave Thomas' successor is not worried about 1 tub of honey mustard. I didnt even get napkins in the bag.do yall charge for them too? Dont go here if you need napkins, condiments and good customer service.

If I could give this place a -5 I would. I had a black hair in my frosty. When I told manager he threw it in garbage. Gave me a refund for the frosty. NEVER said one word. Just hateful looks. I will NEVER go to this place again.

Sharonville store Rt. 4. Very poor counter service. No one even working at the cash register. Waited 5 minutes and finally asked if anyone was working here! Can someone take my order? Took 4 minutes to get fish sandwich cooked. About 15 minutes total to get some food. Unacceptable.
