One of the nastiest places I have ever worked. Staffs very rude to the residents management doesn’t care no one there is getting the proper care that they need because of the laziness they have working for them staff also isn’t trained for precautions like how to wear/put on ppe going room to room spreading illnesses & infections to your loved ones.

I’m going to just get right down to it. Do not put your family member in the healthcare area of the building just don’t. It’s filthy, has bed bugs, and the care provided is atrocious. They might receive decent care and food in the assisted living area but in the nursing home absolutely not. Clinicians working for staffing agencies do not pick up here thinking that your shift that says assisted living will be there. It won’t be. The nursing home cannot post with certain agencies because they have not paid their bill. So I guess now they are posting with their up to date assisted living account. No one works in that building by choice. The state of Ohio needs a permanent office in the nursing home.

I would never place a loved one here! The staff will pick a family member they like more and use their position to lie and harm anyone they tell them to! I was a victim to their bullying! They helped and encouraged a family member to file false charges on me and another person and backed them up with false written statements in hopes to cause harm, legal issues and prevent anyone from seeing the resident! The worst part is they did all this to help said family member quickly and quietly kill their resident! My friend Bill was sent there for rehabilitation after getting is leg amputated. This facility allowed the guardian to completely control and deteriorate him! They lied to him about getting rehab and a prosthetic! They took away his cell phone and even his room phone so he couldn't contact anyone outside of the building! When my friend Bill tried to advocate for himself, he was restrained and sent to a hospital where they drugged him! This happened over and over! And the staff allowed this family member to constantly do this! The facility had NO court orders to stop any visitors, enforce solitary confinement, or treat this resident as they did! My friend Bill was a very alert, independent, happy, healthy, kind man! Within months they helped said family member strip him of his car, house, bank accounts, freedom and health! And sadly my friend Bill passed away! Locked in a room for months, by himself, neglected and abused! All by himself! For months! This facility ran his insurance to the end; which ironically when insurance ran out, he passed! And I'm sure they somehow got extra funds claiming he was a "problem" resident by sending him out all the time to get drugged up! Please never send your loved ones here! And i will keep fighting for Bill because they took his life!

Great facility with great staff. I was a resident there for 2 1/2 months. I had a badly broken ankle and required monitoring and therapy. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you everyone at Wesleyan village.

I would like to give many thanks to the administrator, Diane Graham. Whenever she was contacted with any questions, she would find time in her extremely busy schedule to answer them in a timely manner. Everything gets followed through and completed in the best possible way. Thank you for being so caring, we need more people like that.

Plain and simple. Do not put your loved ones in here and do not work here. I also heard that old administrator Was stealing money And was walked out of the facility

This is THE worst place! I'm currently staying at this hell hole & I'm wondering what karma I deserve to be punished to deserve this treatment! They're constantly running out of my medications, the food is horrible! Their staff is understaffed & walkingout & I don't blame them! I'm not sure who's more miserable, the staff or the patients!

My friend's mother has been there for about six months and told me she has had 3 injuries requiring hospital visits. Excuses are being made for why she is falling. Fell out of her wheelchair at PT and had to go to the hospital and had an injury to her head. Very concerned about this place. My friend will be investigating her care.

This place does not deserve one star it deserves none, upper management, managements, do not care for their aides, they play favoritsm with everyone, Wesleyan village does not care about your loved ones, there’s a LOT of neglect in that place it is so sad that residents are suffering they screwed me over for my sign up bonus because there was a new HR lady

My mother lived here for 10 years. And when she was getting close to the end of her life, her one wish was to make sure she died in her bed.
So sadly, I say I lost her. But I was able to make sure it was in her bed at the villages. Nurses always responded to my wishes or my beliefs if there was a problem and took care of it right away. Thank you to everyone at wesleyan village for all the assistance they gave me. My mother was

I was hired for a position almost 2wks ago. I had to physically drive from Cleveland and walk into this building just to speak to HR to accept this job offer, which I called her and the scheduler several times over several days leaving multiple messages to contact me so I could accept the job offer. I went in last week on Thursday signed all the hire paperwork submitted my other documents then waited for a call to be put on the schedule, meanwhile im already at the end of a 2 week notice, definitely was anxious to start working just was waiting on them to clear a document an I could start. Never heard anything until this morning and for some reason they couldn’t provide a reason as to why, but between HR an Corporate they decided to refuse the job offer. Their decision is a discrimination decision and it will be reported. Learn to not judge people as to what others do and before you accuse others of false accusations make sure you have all your facts in order. I wouldn’t suggest applying or working here, there’s a reason why they have a union and they can’t get rid of agency and have a huge overturn rate and all their facilities are on indeed. This is not a company worth working for.
