I love Mocha and Coffee vet, been going there since I was a kid with our family dog Butch our Miniature Schnauzer. Family for life.

BEWARE! Do not take your pets here. I brought both my dogs in for their annual checkups and was told my Shih Tzu needed teeth pulled it should be around $250. I scheduled the surgery and when I picked up my dog she was left with only 4 teeth left and almost a $500 bill + additional bills for medication as well as a BROKE JAW they INSIST was not their fault. At her first checkup I mentioned to them an issue in her front leg that was not a problem before I was blown off as I was told it was likely her leg just bruised and would subside. I cancelled her 2nd follow up appt due to an appt conflict and was also told by the vet it was likely unnecessary. A week and a half later I called in to reschedule that follow-up as her issue with her leg had still yet to resolve. Her to find out she now has an injury to her Nerve in her leg again INSISTING it to not have anything to do with the surgery. On top of that they tired to charge me for an exam visit that I wasn't supposed to be charged for since it was to be covered by the surgery. Due to refusing to pay for something that was supposed to be included they are now refusing to release all my records even though they clearly charged my credit card the full vet visit amount anyway. Very upset that they won't even answer their phone and now I will have to get a Lawyer involved as my dog is potentially looking at $10,000 in further vet bills to fix injuries they caused. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE BEWARE

If I could give the negative 5 I would! If I could have them charged with animal cruelty or just even being awful with animals I would! I took my cat there and she is a rescue who was found poisoned and beaten with her dead brothers and sister! She is the only 1 that survived! I told them she is not good with new people and she will try to scratch and bite them! I told them she has PTSD and bad anxiety and everything she went through! When they took her back her screaming and crying was so awful I had to leave and go outside crying! It shoved like they were torturing her. When my friend brought her out he said that they tried to tie her paws together with a blue tie to restrain her! She weighs 3 lbs! There is NEVER a reason to do that to her! They had NO PATIENCE with her! They took her right in and yanked her out of her carrier with no time for her to even calm down from the ride! She has never been in a place like that! O WILL NEVER TAKE AN ANIMAL THERE OR RECOMMEND SOMEONE THERE EVER! They even had the never to charge use for cutting her nails and they didn't even cut them! Someone should treat them like that!

We've went here for almost 20 years with multiple dogs. They have always treated us very well and given our pets good care. Being affiliated with Metropolitan Animal Hospital is a plus.

Girls there are super nice and the doctor really knows what she's doing great clinic and not expensive you can use check cash and card

You can't rate a place based on a phone call. But I can say they didn't offer the service I needed so.

Great Staffing, from the Receptionist and Nurse's, who went above and beyond the call of duty to obtain the information required to care for our doggie. The Dr. Kept us in the know of the medical concerns of our furrrr baby, Which by the way was Great News ĥe's a Healthy and happy.

Awesome vets and are really thorough with care, especially during a non routine visit that can be emotionally stressful.

Every visit is a pleasantly smooth experience without unexpected complications. The professional and friendly staff create a great environment for my animals to stay healthy and happy.

I had to bring in two of my cats for their shots. We had to call in advance to set up appointments. They were able to get us in rather quickly. We had to call before we arrived to find out how long we would need to wait for the lobby to be clear enough for us to come inside with our cats. We did not have to wait. The staff was very attending they were very kind as well as very considerate they were very respectful of my cats as well as myself both appointments lasted a very short period of time. The cost per cat was not overly expensive. Both cats were fairly healthy except for being overweight! Overall it was a very good trip I look forward to coming back again and servicing my third cat!
