Great experience with the staff here. From check in to the nurse and finishing with a doctor who thoroughly took the time help me with unexpected reaction to allergy season. New facility that is very clean and welcoming. Very convenient to the liberty exit at I-75.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to become new patients with wife and the day of our appointments they call us to cancel our appointments a half hour before our scheduled time because they are not accepting new patients? Called to sort this out and got the run around apology loop. Was directed to a Carrie Hoffman to try and resolve our issue but they never reached out to us like they said they would. HUGE waste of our time and efforts. They just simply don't care at all.

It’s generally hit or miss, you’re either in and out in 10 minutes or you’re waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment time to even be seen.

Dr. Siddique is the best primary care doctor I have had. He is thorough, concerned and takes time to see what issues, if any I have. He has managed to keep me, at the age of 82 healthy enough to live my life
Independently and with ten full confidence that he will be available if I need him! I would never consider changing doctors as long as he is available!

This place dehumanizes you If you do not have a covid shot. They will treat you like a criminal if you kindly decline the shot. Do not go here if you do not have the shot or they will basically deny you. Doctor said he’ll no longer take patients who are not vaccinated. Find a new place to go if you are not vaccinated.

Fantastic group of doctors and staff. Very attentive and thorough. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a primary care physician/solid medical practice.

The new doctors office is beautiful. There is a urgent care a orthopedic offices plus my family dr.s office, it seems to be a lot more organized the staff is very pleasant and friendly, if you are looking for a dr I would recommend TriHealth physicians, I have not tried their urgent care yet.

Dr Asgher is my family physician. He listens to what you have to say and he has me feeling better after 2 failed back surgeries and a spinal cord stimulator implant. The staff are always cheerful, professional and friendly.

Dr. Omar Siddiqi is one the brightest young doctors I’ve seen. I trust his judgment and level of care. My whole family sees him and we feel blessed to have finally found our primary care Doc.

Cancelled me after 10 + years of care because I missed an appointment. They want you to schedule an appointment 3 months out. And my work schedule is non forgiving. I think if they cared about thier patients, They might start with understanding. Or compassion. All these years to find out it's just about Money. I even put up with them when dr.bundy moved to Colorado because weed became legal. But turns out your just a number and not a human being. Smdh this is dirty and I will protest online and in person.doctors need to worry about the patient not the money! I promise the doctors are late more than six times a year but I can't be in ten plus years. Thanks appreciate the extra stress in my life,

Had an appt June of 2017. They didn't bill insurance until Dec of 2018, the insurance company won't pay because it was too late to bill them. So I get a bill January 2019 for full price of visit. Rediculous!
