West Cincy Mower, Cincinnati OH

After initial purchase of 1449 mower which I deemed very good in August I have been having trouble working with him on an equitable solution plan after he initially threatened to cut me off in any further communication in another unrelated topic approximately 2 months ago. Additionally I was told I had to buy a new battery for the mower which I would need to remove myself and return it to him (Rich) along with the flat tire which also inhibits the mower's mobility. Disappointed verified customer.

I am VERY satisfied with the new Honda HRN lawnmower I purchased here. It was a left over 2022. I had shopped around and this late in the season there were not a lot of stock available. Richard was very helpful and patient with helping me select the mower for my needs. He gave me a nice warranty. It operated very well the first time I used it. The second time it was not idleing properly. I called Richard, he said bing it in and he would make it right. I made an appointment and when I arrived he corrected the problem without hesitation. I let him know that I was able to register the mower online with Honda. I am greatful that I have found a excellent place to purchase and have mowers serviced. Happy. Happy!

Great shop for good deals. Lots and lots of inventory, push, self-propelled, sit-down, zero-turn, other items. Rich and John are very helpful and nice.

Could be a good mower shop, but they're one of the dealers that messes up Craigslist by posting their ads in the "by owner" section. When they're a dealer.
