Office staff was great absolutely loved them. On that note if your transgender not the best place to live. Neighbors are not so friendly even if you do speak. Some will walk right past you as even your not even there. Some will scream through the door just because they don't like who you are. Supervisor of the maintenance team wouldn't even come to look at my bathroom sink that was falling apart. Was eventually fixed. But hey, that's a them problem if they have a problem with who I am or you If you move here. Reality is I am over it, over them and plan on moving again after my lease is up even if I hate moving. It's affordable if you're looking.

They do not pick up phone! I tried calling so many times to talk to someone but can’t reach anyone. It’s frustrating this was one of the places I considered.

I was in a very tough spot and needed a place to live fast. I put in an application and within two days I had a response. They were very flexible with my move in dates as well as finances. Burgandy and Alicia both worked on getting me into my unit as quick as possible. They made the process less stressful for me and answered any questions I had about the move in. My neighbors are friendly and quiet. Overall every resident or staff person I've met has been pleasant. Burgandy is always available to help me when I need it. The apartments are a bit dated but they are roomy and comfortable. I really enjoy having a patio area and an attic too!

Burgandy was amazing! I put my application in but still had some questions. Every time I called/ stopped in to the office there was always someone there to assist. They make finding a place to live an easy experience. The exceptional customer service made this place the easy choice!

Trying to move out of this place is a hassle.you have to fill out a packet of paper where they then tell you that you have to have the carpets proffessionally cleaned with receipts. Then try to charge you 2 months rent plus a month to month fee.

Experienced having roaches.got rid of them then they have people going in and out of my apartment with no notice to "spray". Have had a camera installed to catch them every time.

Ive been nice and courteous to the staff, however it is horrible trying to get ahold of them. Communication is not a strong concept for them. They put notices on your door that is misdated, and doesnt even apply to you. But then calls you everyday to see when you will resign your lease. YEAH NO THANKS.

Almost 900.00 for a 1 bedroom that has half of a kitchen, the grounds are disgusting. The laundrymat was switched from money to an app, but dont let that app crash took a month for that to be repaired.

Make sure this is the last place you move to.

Lived there 4 yrs. Wasn't to bad. Signed new 1 yr.in October, end of November get eviction notice for B. S.reason.
Found out they did the same to 2 others.
Found out they could get more money from New renters. I would tell you to call office but no one is there and are lucky if you get call back.
