Went on there website to look around for used bikes, i had my eye on one bike but burd sold it, he took his time to email me and said he had other bikes in that price range, looked on line and found one I liked, started the processes over email, went in on a Saturday to look at the bike, burd and the western reserve family made it so easy and pleasant, now I own my first bike and its a harley

Went to get oil and parts and waited for 20 minutes at the counter. No one said a word to me. Just ignored me. Left without purchasing anything. Will spend my money somewhere else. This is not the first time. Wont go back.

They were nice enough to invite me to a "tech talk" event. It was a lot of great information, and, meet the guys that work directly on our bikes. The staff put on a nice luncheon, and, had an open forum to answer your specific questions. Great, and, Thank You! Keith

Returned a gift, no problem. People were nice. Looked at helmets, not a very big selection for women.

One of the few HD dealerships that will still help out peole with old bikes. People there are Great.

Walked in the door and the person that greets you played on her phone (Brandi) the whole time. No one on the floor to help. Was looking to purchase some woman's boots. When the sales associate showed up (Brittney), she didn't know what that location carried and suggested I order them online.

These clowns can't even hire enough people to pick up the phone when you want to order Harley parts. This is a big no no when you have the internet as your competitor.

I love this dealership, I bought 7 bikes here over the years from Mike Erwin (evil) He had always took care if me. I only had a couple issues over the past 10 yrs there and the store manager Jim Richards took care if them right away. Great Team great dealership.
