My Mom wanted me to take her to a candy store in the plaza, I can't remember the name of it but it was nice.

My monthly grocery shopping has now gone up to $445 for one person. In January of 2020, I could buy the same items for $275 dollars and they would last almost the whole month. Fast-forward to February 2023 and the same items cost me $170 more per month after coupon cutting and Kroger plus card.
Now, Kroger has its own brands that are significantly less money than brand name items. So look for the Kroger and Private Selection labels to help you save money.
Another tip, is to only buy what you need. Never go to the store hungry, eat a small sandwich or bowl of soup before you go, shopping while hungry causes you to impulse buy and spend more money.

A employee was kind enough to help my husband look for grape leafs. They dont have bout he took the time out from his job to help us look.

Prices are just too high.
They need to re stock better.
They don't accompany the the needs of the black community very well.
Like no black eyed peas or pigs feet.
I'm just saying.

Employee's seemed stretched too thin which only backed up things creating more work. I understand lean but think they are past good business sense. Its a thin line I suggest they picking up a floating position so they can add assistance in areas and keep on top of what is busy. Perhaps some time studies based on specific times of the day to better utilize the labor hours.

I visited Sally's Beauty Supply. They always have the one thing I'm looking for when I go. Associates always helpful.

A lot of nice stores but could use a little parking lot cleaning. It might just be a bad day but was looking pretty shabby. All in all had a good shopping experience.

Went to eat at J&J's! This is a real classic. Not much change here! And that's great some things are great just the way they are no need for pricy fixtures when you just want plain and simply, clean and great food! Yum

Went to J&J for breakfast. Always treated like family. Food is plentiful and not expensive.

All grocery stores come with a certain amount of headache, but I like this store and it's selection and pricing. The two self checkout stations are convenient.

Great selection for the west side. I think we're usually looked at as rubes who subsist on nothing but pizza and fast food, so that's nice.

The people are friendly, and I can usually find what I need, so three stars. It does tend to get a bit dirty (floors in particular, and the selection is more limited than many of the bigger stores, especially the new Marketplace on Harrison. Pharmacy is always right and on time for me. Good enough

Bad when Security is to concerned with following me through the Dang Store all the way till I cashed out worried about me but what he should have been worrying about. PRETTY SAD!

You can't go wrong at Kroger's, large selection, friendly, helpful staff, fast checkout, convenient parking. Plus there are other great store nearby.

They need to open more Lanes with able body humans working them instead of having self checkouts and then being mad when people don't ring upright like come on hire some folk and then you don't got to deal with that

I've been a customer for over two years now. I have to walk to get there and the store has a bad habit of closing early. I started calling to make sure but most department s were not answering even though they were open

Customer service is horrible, never enough checkout lanes open, products aren't usually stocked, and employees are very rude

Other than the in and out this store has almost everything. Need to keep pre-sliced deli meat socked at all times, was empty when I was there.
