The Doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional! Talk over me Had to keep my calm. Have had a previous misdiagnosis I don't know why I took my kid back. The staff at the front desk were very helpful though!

Rude and unorganized staff... My kid fractured a wrist and my doctor sent me here to get a cast on her.simple right? I spent over an hour just trying to prove I had already had xrays done just a few hours before... Even though they had the report from the doctors office AND spoke to my doctor. Took them 30min to find the report so I had to call my doc office and have it faxed again but then they magically found the first one. But then they wouldnt take the report with the x-ray info... My options are to have xrays again here which requires me to pay again or just put my kid in a Velcro wrist band... "we dont cast for those types of fractures". So if you dont have the xray film doctor then how do you know what type it is? My doctors opinion was to have it done. The doctor was dismissive and cold.seemed irritated with my kids questions about not getting a cast and the fracture. They need to work on their bedside manner before they work with kids.

Don't take your kid here. Extremely unprofessional. They won't even acknowledge your kid when they ask a simple question. I thought this was a Children's hospital? Nationwide needs to shut this
location down or hire a brand new staff.

Could use a smile here and there, but good people, they do a good job, a bit pricy if you dont have insurance

After at least 7-8 visits over the past maybe 5 years with the same issue, I'm finally writing a review. The doctor's I've had here have TERRIBLE bedside manner. My son said "Mom, that doctor didn't even care about me" and that's exactly how I felt. The doctors at this location spend maybe 2 minutes with you. They are rushed & impatient & any questions you may have seem annoying.
~During our next to last visit, the doctor was so hurried he missed the very lump I had brought my son in for! I had to stop him while he was dashing out of the room & I felt like I was bothering him. At another visit the doctor was supposed to have looked up some info but he never returned with it and I had to go find him. Not only are they rushed, but they use "doctor speak" instead of explaining in a layperson's language.
~We had the same experience at the affiliated ortho doctor in the same complex. I wrote up a complaint during our last visit & asked them to call but they never did. I will say the staff and nurses are nice and I appreciate that. And the downtown doctors we dealt with when transferred were great. But that doesn't make up for the issues with the doctors. It's already stressful enough when your child is sick. The very last thing you need is for your child to be treated like a number. I am NEVER GOING BACK.

I took my son there for ear infection, and a fever. Check in staff was nice,
but one of the nurse was extremely rude. I wanted to shut her up but my son was crying so i just get it go. When Dr. Adam Garlock showed up, things got even worse. Firstly he seemed like he was late for wedding ceremony. He was in rush, he finished checking my son in less then 5 mins. I have never seen a children's doctor like him. He checked my sons ear, and said there's little bit of wax. Then he started cleaning, while my son was crying for his life because he was hurting him. He kept going for like 2 mins, while my son was still crying, kicking his legs trying to reduce the pain. After few mins a nurse came with a discharge paper. Then I asked him what was my sons temp. He checked the discharge paper but couldn't find it, so he left and came back to tell me it was 97. But as far as i remember they never check his temperature. My son is 14 months old, he straight up cried for like good 15-20 mins. I checked his ear when i got home, omg i couldn't believe my eyes.his ear was bleeding. It bled for like a minute or two. I hope Dr. Adam didn't damage my baby's ear drum. Please Patient Relation Team, investigate Dr. Adam, and maybe teach him how to deal with sick kids. For PRT, MRN: 2742449.

Mediocre experience. Consistent with the other reviewers, the wait is not great. Check in nurses and staff were very pleasant. We were waiting a while in the room once we got moved back there. The doc spent less than 5 minutes with us, prescribed something at CVS, and left. Not much of an examination. Wasn’t a warm experience. They didn’t actually do anything but advise.we had the expectation they were going to give her a medication or something to relieve the problem. Maybe our expectations were misaligned but wouldn’t go back unless baby was more critical.

The nurse line for our pediatrician was better than what we got at the urgent care.

Great customer service! The check in process is easy and organized. The nurse and doctor we met were very nice and took the time to answer all of our questions. We have been here a lot of times and never had a bad experience.

Had terrible experience with one front desk nurse and a security guard. After waiting for an hour with two young kids, I went to ask front desk nurse how long more we needed to wait. She basically replied that you can go to somewhere else if you like. I said I'm not going anywhere. My child is hurting and I can't leave. We need help here. Then the security jumped in asking what happened. The nurse just said "he doesn't want to wait. ". So security guard wanted to removed me and our kids from the urgent care.what the #$#$! Luckily we were called in at that moment, and our kid was treated soon after that. But I also had to say the radiology lady was pretty rough with my child fragile arm.

Dr. Adam Garlock has absolutely no bedside manner. I brought my child in for a leg concern. He was dragging his leg and limping. He came in pushed.on his legs said pain meds several times. I asked if he wanted to see him walk.he said no (our concern was the way he was walking). He said he can send us to children's hospital if I thought it was a neurological issue. (isn't that his job to evaluate and determine) I said I'm not a doctor let's just do x-rays and go from there. X-rays were fine but we have no answers because there was no discussion or evaluation. He seems to hate his job and has no business working with children. Im extremely disappointed in his bedside manner and lack of care. Based on other reviews of him I'm not sure why he is still working there. I do not recommend going there if he is the physician on staff, jist go downtown to Children's Hospital.

I went to this location for labs, the person tending the front desk was a young guy who was very unpleasant. My son at one point was very upset and I wanted to remove him from the situation and he imformed me if I walked outside I would need to reschedule my appointment.

The staff is friendly and professional for the most part but the wait times are horrendous. I really really hate going because of the amount of time I spend waiting. My visits range from 5-10 minutes and that's after a 2.5 hour wait. It's really quite ridiculous.

Our experience here was great, everything went smoothly, the wait was short and the personnel was friendly. Dr Graham was wonderful, very empathetic and attentive, she took the time to listen and address all the questions and concerns that I had.

The staff here is great but follow you parental instants! If you think something is wrong and the answer they give you does not feel right keep searching for the answers. We just had a dr tell us our 13 year old was constipated even after giving him all the symptoms xnd they did not match, I asked him to test for mono and he wouldn't. The next day I take her to the dr low and be hold acid reflux and mono! If he has done this to us how many other people has he done it to?

Love it! I took my 4 year old son here after he stuck a plastic wheel in his nose. I was checked in, roomed and the doctor came in all on about 30 mins. Everyone was very nice and good with my son. I would definitely go back if needed to be. Hopefully not anytime soon and not for the same thing. Lol.
