This place is so nice, clean, and the staff are great and with fair prices it's great for the whole family. The public swimming hours are different every day and only a few hours at a time. They also have done a recent total indoor pool makeover. They have great locker rooms with showers and plenty of lockers for your stuff. The community center also has so many other great activities for all ages.

Recently expanded and upgraded. Better than ever! Wonderful fitness center, great indoor track, fantastic pools, excellent basketball courts, and friendly people.

Recently went there to get a Family Pool Membership. WHAT A NICE FACILITY!
Had not been there since the remodeling that was completed last year. VERY NICE!

We went there for our son's birthday party. We had a blast.nice place to go with kids (especially smaller kids) during the months where you can't swim outside.

Great place for families and Seniors. The Senior Center is also located at this place. So much to do and lots of activities for families. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Stop on by and check it out for a day.

Pretty impressive: checkout their website intro video
Pros:
-3+ pools (lap w/ reservations, hot tub, play structure + slides + square pool, and a warm water pool)
-Lots of basketball courts (although they could use markings for keys on 1/2 the courts)
-Walking track + extra room for add'l exercises inbetween
-A cardio + weight machines are and a free weight are, both with big windows facing north
-a climbing wall w/ auto-belays & 4 difficulty sections (easy to hard-for beginners)
-a challenging "adventure course" (aka ninja warrior-type course)
-lots of pickleball courts
-good non-resident & great resident monthly rates
-lots of easy insta-customer-code dial lockers (w/ a worker close by if you forget your code)

mixed:
-the website can be a bit confusing to a new person-although it does have a lot of info
-The check-ins are.scattered through the building at each separate section-to help management keep track of users per area. However, on busy weekends, you must also get a wrist band b/c of this (vs just having people scan their key barcode at one of the entrances and go). (I'm used to another excellent public rec center where you scan your picture ID card at the entrances &. You're in.)

cons:
-not really enough lap lanes for the demand
-the lap lane reservation system, while necessary b/c of limited lanes in high demand (8 lanes), is a brute to use on mobile or laptop, and I'm not sure you can cancel on-line or if you're supposed to call in to cancel (leading to a lot of scooping up of lanes when they're open at 84hrs in advance, and then some people then don't use them)
-the eSports gaming room's offerings were mostly just a few free 1st person shooters and then Mario Cart. There were no sports games, racing games, or much of anything-AND, you had to bring or create your own login to even try the shooter games. Question: What's the point of coming to a public space to play an online game that you already have an account for? (I guess I naively assumed it would provide an opportunity to try out a lot of multi-player games with a guest account or such.)

Beautiful facility, but the water in the kids’ section of the pool was freezing (kids’ play area and slides). My 6 year old’s lips were literally blue, and the 4.5 year old with us also had blue lips! I feel like they could turn the temperature down in the other pool two degrees, and raise the temperature in the slide pool two degrees. Unfortunately, my kid was miserable in the slide pool

Took a tour of the Senior Center and was able to see the pool and the fitness center. I joined the Westerville Community Center so I could enjoy more of the facility.

Enjoyed the pool and indoor playset with my kids the last time we went. BUT if you aren't a member and want to go for sometime, you MUST call ahead because they only sell so many daily passes. They do not update their website when daily passes are no longer sold. Just drove almost an hour to find out that their entire facility is closed to non-members.

Was hoping to experience the indoor pool with my children. Arrived and was informed that it does not open until 3: 30pm everyday. That information is not posted on the website. It says its open everyday and has regular building hours listed.

Well managed clean recreation center. Like the reservation system for lap swims.
Lots of treadmills and a decent sized indoor track. Indoor playground is open and free to all.

The new kids play area at the pool and the warm water pool is awesome. My 4 1/2 yo boy loved it.

We love to come swimming here. They allow non-members/non-residents. Leisure pool is great for kids. They've added a warm water pool as well that is really nice. Currently the warm water pool has limited hours

I actually love this place but I went there yesterday and there was 2 staff members that were extremely rude to my family. One was named Zac and I don't know the females name that was working the desk at the pool entrance. I've been going there since they opened in November of 2001 and this was the first time that I've had a bad experience

Have been going here for a long time, the front desk is amazing but I had a horrible experience with a guy named zack at the pool entrance desk. He was so rude to my family and I. Really gave me a bad taste
