The receptionist was rude, not very friendly at all. I didn't feel like I was welcomed or even wanted at the appointment. My eye, Dr, on the other hand, was wonderful. She understood my anxiety and was very thorough, explained what was wrong with my eyes, and gave me a plan. I made another appointment because she was so good.

Went for an eye doctor appointment at the OSU medical center they have there and it was quick and professional and one of the more enjoyable experiences I've had when dealing with an eye injury
