Nice and pleasant Hygienist that seems to know her job being very professional to me her client. I think I have the best dental group in town.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor answered all of my questions and explained everything with great detail.

Thorough, clean, informative, personable. Very happy with everyone here!

I am totally happy with Westgate Family Dental. They were very caring, patient, knowledge, gentle, and everyone should go there no matter what your fears are.

Always caring and friendly people. I appreciate that Dr. Ted has (on more than one occasion) gladly agreed to see some acquaintances in need of urgent dental care, even though they had never been seen by him before. Very professional.and compassionate! My highest recommendation.

I am a wimp when it comes to Dentists.
And I must say, my anxiety weighed heavier than the pain in my tooth, before I arrived. The staff was very friendly and understanding of my situation. Even the Dentist whom I had never met before, made me feel welcome and comfortable. His assistant was the very congenial and empathetic. (I had to hug her before I left)

I have been going to Westgate Dental for over 20 years. The entire staff are always very professional & treat you like a member of their family. Brooke does a excellent job with cleaning. She is very efficient. Great job Brooke see u in March!

I had a cleaning this morning and absolutely love Brook. She was very thorough and guess what? It didn’t hurt at all.

Professional. Very friendly and helpful. They don’t insist on procedures unless you want them. Great doctor, hygienist and office!

I had an appointment at this practice on 8/31/23. I called a month prior to set up the appointment and gave them my insurance information. When I arrived, the receptionist asked for my insurance again, then let me know that they do take my insurance, but sometimes my insurance isn’t in network. She told me to go back and be seen while she figures it out. I definitely should have said no and waited until my insurance was 100% approved, but why would a private dental
practice allow someone to be seen without being 100% sure they are covered and I already expected my insurance was accepted considering I given it to them a month prior and never got a call to say it wasn’t. While I was being worked on, the receptionist came in and let me know I in fact was not covered and asked if I wanted to pay in full or make payments. I was charged $343 as a new patient. She made sure to let me know they don’t usually do payment plans, but she felt “bad. ” I should not have been told to go be seen without her approving my insurance first. This is the fault of the practice, not me. It was their mess up that I should not of had to pay $343 for. When I give a place my insurance, it is their job to run it. Not wait until I’m there and scam me of money while I’m being worked on! I did not even get a print out of her trying to run my insurance. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

Made my appt last week got in immediately, and got my problem resolved all in the same day! Painless and as usual great staff!
