Westside Auto Care, Cincinnati OH

We are so impressed with Westside Auto Care! They were highly recommended to me to service my Mustang. We had some unresolved repairs from another garage and I needed to find a reliable mechanic. Before Aldo even opened the hood, he knew exactly what was wrong. His other mechanic previously worked at Ford and was extremely knowledgeable, as well. They completed the repair in less than one day. I finally found a trustworthy, reasonably priced, thorough mechanic. They also referred to my Mustang as "She" and "Her"! These guys really "get it" and I'll happily trust all of my repairs on "My Girl" to them from now on.

Brought my car in to get power steering fixed. I was charged $1300+ even after getting my price lowered a few hundred by asking them to find used parts. 2 weeks later I hear the screeching again and my wheel is getting tighter…so I bring it back because it is clearly not fixed. “They forgot to tighten something up” so I wait and they release it back to me. 2 more weeks go by and I go get an oil change where they tell me my power steering fluid is leaking. SOO I go back again and then they told me “they missed something” and I need a hose replaced and that would be $650 more. So I took my paperwork and went somewhere else after having to come back 3 times for same issue. Turns out it was a $50 fix, no hose issue.
Wondering if the entire invoice they gave me originally was fabricated or if they actually fixed anything to begin with…. But they sure got some good money and time out of me with their SCAM of a repair shop.

They are very nice and understanding. They will work with you and help you figure out what’s best for your car if you don’t know, or if your a first time car owner. The lady who usually answers the phone is very sweet. This is the only place that I use for my car.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at westside auto care. This is a place that genuinely cares about providing customers with great service without ripping them off. Not only have I saved thousands of dollars in bringing my cars here instead of to a dealer I am also leave each time with a much more rewarding experience than I’ve ever found at a dealer. I am a lifelong westside auto care customer and I would recommend the same to everyone reading this.

Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and excellent service! From our Toyota Avalon to our BMW, they have serviced it all and fixed every issue quickly and efficiently.

I came here for an issue I was having with my car. They were very honest and to the point on the issues I was having. They explained what the issue was and how much it would cost. After I picked it up today the car is perfect! Thank you Westside Auto, I will be a returning customer.

Ima be honest. Y’all know who y’all are. Behind all that professionalism, is mechanics full of mistakes and guilt about oil leaks and other things “they suggested” and “highly recommended”. My car caught on fire. And I could’ve died. These guys talking bout it’s a valve problem.after a tune up.ironically after you guys, my sparks plugs catch on fire. I see y’all comment back to those who had similar problems but probably couldn’t defend there selves financially.but I can and should but honestly I’m tired of fighting capitalist, someday I will save and change that, Y’all wrong for what y’all did and do.

Recently I have been having issues with my engine, but was unsure what the problem was. I took it to the big-box shop I usually get my tire service done at, and they told me I was going to need an entire new transmission. I felt sick and really wanted a second opinion before dishing out all of that money. I decided to take it here and boy am I glad I did. I was so relieved when they told me that my problem wasn't my transmission at all and I just needed new spark plugs. This saved me thousands of dollars and my car runs like it did when I drove it off the lot for the first time. I can't recommend this place enough, and I know this will be my first stop from now on when I am having any issues.

These guys are phenomenal, very professional and very helpful. Will be coming here for all of my auto care needs in the future.

Aldo is the man! Extremely knowledgable when it comes to mostly all vehicles; can definitely tell cars are a passion of his! He'll definitely treat you right!

Came in for my exhaust needing replaced. They suggested doing a transmission flush, (they were running a special)! So after returning the car to me I’m now needing a whole new transmission. Thanks guys!

I’ve taken my car to multiple different places before I met Aldo. After meeting Aldo for the first time I realized he is not only a stand up guy but incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve taken my car down to westside auto care a couple times in the past couple months and every time I am treated exceptionally well and I know my car is in good hands. If you are even considering taking your car to Westside Auto Care stop thinking about and it do it already. You won’t regret it.
