Westside Liquor reviews
18 Not open when the sign says. Lost my business that Saturday
Went to Delhi Liquor instead.
Great owners! Keep in mind though, they close earlier than other establishments during the week.
I've shopped this store once or twice a month for years. The owners are very rude to everyone! I will be buying alcohol from Kroger on Harrison Ave.in Dent-they are always friendly and prices are the same.
First time I have ever been there, the old lady with all the skin tags is very very rude. I will never ever be back at that store! Horrible business practice.
All liquor stores in Ohio are mostly the same. The family who run this one are great people. But when it comes down to it they all have the same stock and the same prices. Really the only differences are locations and hours. So good service near to you and when you want to shop.
One of the rudest owners I have ever done business with. He acts like he doesn't want your business. Will be purchasing my bourbon from another State Agency from now on.
Faster than going to Kentucky and a little friendlier than some spots over there.nice selection fast and friendly service.this is my favorite liquor store hands down. CHEERS
Horrible service disrespectful, aggresive, and very dumb dont know how to work their own card machine smh horrible place do not recommended doing business they'll double charge and refuse the refund have cash and count your change.
Since they moved, their location is more convenient for me, right near Wal-Mart and Kroger, plus their store is bigger. Friendly staff.
Wide selection of spirits and brands. Service is great and have fast answers to any of your questions.
A friend and I saw a cockroach in the vodka aisle. When we informed the owner he got really rude with us. Not going back
Terrible and rude. When asked what the 4% additional "service fee" was, I was told that "nothing is free". I'll never be back.
New management, updated craft brews, knowledgeable staff, nice selection of sought after bourbon and scotch, affordable, highly recommended.
The prices are hit or miss, and there are occasional bargains to be had, but the 4% additional credit card service charge, in addition to likely being a violation of their service contract, comes as an unpleasant surprise that negates much of the savings.
Wide variety of libations and mixers, the owner from the store on glenway needed to expand and what a great place.
Clean, organized, wonderful staff.
If you have the need to buy drinks this is the place.
It's new and exciting. However, currently they don't accept credit card for purchases under $15
Went in after work with my credit card didnt have my ID with wouldnt sell unless I had cash. I have been there numerous times and it is family owned.
Good selection. They aren't using all the space they have so there's a possibility of an even better selection. I was looking for an unusual beer and was happy to find it. The business now accepts credit/debit cards but with a 4% surcharge. Take cash!
