Westside Pediatric Dentistry, Cincinnati OH

I would put 10 stars if I could! We went to our first appt today & I absolutely love this place. After searching for weeks for a pediatric dentist in my area that accepts our insurance, I found this place & although they don’t accept our insurance I decided to try them out because there was not one bad review & that’s pretty rare to find but I am SO glad I did. I am very picky about doctors or dentist for my daughter bc she is so shy & I don’t want her to have a negative experience & be afraid of them but our visit today was the complete opposite! When we first arrived she was saying she liked her old dentist & wanted to go back there, but after the appt I said “should we go back to your old dentist? ” & she said “UM, NO! ” so they’ve got the approval from her The office is so nice, quiet, clean, had snacks & coffee, a quarter toy machine & some sensory mats that were a huge hit with my child! The dental assistant, Michelle, was sooo incredibly sweet & showed my daughter every tool before she used it & always explained what she was doing which was so comforting for her. Dr. Vaughan was kind, down to earth, knowledgeable & very thorough with explaining everything to me & my child about further treatment & different options. He answered all my questions & was not pushy at all which meant a lot as I’ve been to several “corporation” type dentistries that care more about making a buck than their patients. As I said, they do not accept my insurance but they do have great plans available & even if they didn’t I am happy to pay out of pocket if it means amazing quality care for my daughter. I’m so thankful to have found a great dentistry team for her!

I am in love with this place and wish they took adults too. They made my 5 & 8 year old so comfortable by showing them all the steps they were doing to clean their teeth, turning on a movie they picked out on the tv on the ceiling and picking from lots of different flavors of toothpaste. Every single person that works there is so kind. Not a bad thing to say about this place.

A truly wonderful experience my 3 year old had work done and can't even explain how patient and caring the staff and Dr.was with her from the start to talking to her and making sure she was completely comfortable befor even starting her work 10/10 experience!

My kids have had horrible experiences with previous dentists and were extremely nervous to try a new one. After one visit, my kid’s fears have been erased. They absolutely love everyone there. My youngest has asked when it’s his turn to go back again.

Our grandson has extreme sensitivity to taste and texture and dental visits can be difficult, but the staff was AMAZING and handled the situation even better than I could’ve ever expected and made him so comfortable and the visit went great! Could not recommend more

Absolutely amazing. Provided all details of every option for my little girls first tooth pull, was amazing with her, somehow administered numbing injections without her ever seeing the needle or feeling it! Definitely recommend for the little ones, especially if they're nervous or scared. Thank you all!

I am so happy that we found this practice after our dentist retired. Everyone is so kind and it’s such a nice office. My son needed to have a tooth pulled and was scheduled for a teeth cleaning the following week so they went ahead and did both while at the office so he won’t have to miss more school. Dr. Vaughan called after hours to make sure he was doing okay after having the tooth pulled which I think is absolutely amazing. I’m excited for my other 3 kids to get to meet this incredible staff at their cleanings next week! We live about 30 minutes away from the office and it’s definitely worth the drive!

Was nervous about finding a new dentist since my kids had a bad experience with past dentist. The staff was amazing and the children absolutely loved them. My children actually can't wait to come back and see everyone. And they addressed all concerns I had with their teeth. Friendly, fantastic and would highly recommend.:)

Absolutely love Westside Pediatric Dentistry! The staff were very patient and understanding in regards to my 3 year old autistic son! My 6 year old said he couldn't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Today was my kids first dentist appointment. All of the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job of making my kids feel comfortable and my kids had no hesitation about being there. Dr. Vaughn really took the time to make sure I understood everything. The kiosk of little toys in the coin machines was a total hit as well!
So glad I found them!

Dr Vaughan and his staff were friendly, welcoming and made my daughter feel at ease. The office was very clean and beautiful. After our appointment he called to follow up with how she was doing which was very nice! We are excited to have him as our new pediatric dentist!

Dr. Vaughn & his staff are AMAZING! Today was our first visit and my kids had fun at the dentist. They were talking about it all day! We are so thankful for such a kind, caring environment for an experience that can be scary for a lot of kids. I’ll be recommending them to everyone on the west side.

Such a great office! My son has struggled in the past at other dental offices. He actually loves this one and I appreciate the staff and dentist so much for taking time to help him through everything.

Great experience; from walking in the front door until going back out we were welcomed with friendly faces who incredibly kind to both myself and my children.
Also very thankful for the VIP program as a self paying patient!

I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone with children from ages 2 to 22. They are so personable office is so clean. I have a very hyperactive four-year-old child Who due to our financial and insurance purposes unfortunately only one experience at the dentist office, which he was only about 18 months or so he don’t really remember and westside dental pediatrics were all extremely patient and had fun with him The dental hygienist showed him and my daughter everything she was going to do by allowing them to touch it, see it smell it they have all types of different kinds of fluoride, which was very exciting to both of my children (age4,7) He sat for them which is a miracle itself they really know what they are doing, and by all means, I could tell they love their job. I highly highly recommend this place Give it 10 stars if I could
