Wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t spend extra money on a warranty to be refused warranty work. Should have gotten my tires at Goodyear in the first place.

Had me drop off my car Thursday morning 8am to see why my check engine light was on. Was having zero problems with the car besides the mysterious dashboard light. Didn't hear from them until I gave them a call to check in at 3pm, said they were still figuring out the issue. Didn't hear from them again until I went back at 5: 15 because I know they close at 5: 30 and they couldn't give me a definitive answer as to why my check engine light was on and said that I could take my car however it might stall out on my way home because it might be a problem with my alternator or my battery. I asked why they hadn't called me to let me know sooner and they said they had sent a text. I never received it. He sent it again to check and I did receive the text this second time. So, either it wasn't sent earlier in the day like they thought, or they actually never sent it. Regardless, I'd expect a call to let me know what was happening with my vehicle, or at least a call to let me know that they haven't figured out the issue and would suggest having them keep the car another day. At that point I felt that I had no choice but to leave my car there considering there was no definitive answer as to what was wrong and the caution against driving it. Felt like I was being blamed for not receiving the text and also felt like my time was wasted.

The next day they say it is in fact the alternator that's the problem. Quote me $900.00 for part and labor, including $125.00 diagnostic fee. Everyone I know said this price is outrageous so I called around to all local shops and wouldn't you know they all quoted at least $300.00 less out the door.

I decide to pay the diagnostic fee and take my car somewhere else. When I arrive I find my car with the hood not fully closed. Doors unlocked, sitting in their lot. They also left the trash bag they used to sit on to protect my seats on the seat. Oh, and my left tail light is now no longer working.

Overall and awful experience, unfortunately. I thought I had found a shop I could trust because of my previous experience there getting my summer tires put on. Disappointed.

Westside tire has taken care of all of our cars and have treated us well for over 30 years.

As tire shops go, this place knows their business & I recommend it don't matter if you are knowledgeable about tires or what type your vehicle needs, they'll help you out.

I got four new tires and needed a tire rod replaced. They were all super nice and had it done pretty quickly. Prices weren’t too bad either. I can definitely recommend coming here.

Went in and talked to Sam about getting 4 new tires and alignment. Quoted me right then. I replaced alot of my front end parts on my own. I called on Tuesday to order tires n schedule alignment and by Thursday was on the road with 4 new meats n alignment. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and up front. If your thinking about getting tires or alignment. I would give them a shot.

Great job with both the oil changes and inspection. The mechanical know how with regard to a corroded turn signal was way beyond my expectations both with creativity and a cost far below my expectations if other methods had been used

I called on a Thursday and got an appointment the next day. The technician replaced a noisy wheel bearing and a worn drive shaft. The repair work was completed the same day!

Got all 4 tires.very friendly and they got done quicker then I expected. I won't go anywhere else

Went here to get a quote on brake pads and rotors. I called and made an appointment same day. Was told it would take an hour per axle. Cool. Showed up and the man working the desk had no clue that I was coming and asked who I called? Weird. He didn’t seem happy about it. But nice enough to still take my car, even though they only had a single car on the rack. A hour and a half later I had not heard anything about pricing or any progress so I went back and was told that he was about to start typing the quote.waited another 30 minutes for him to type up the quote. They proceeded to give me a quote of $1607 with a bunch of extra add ons including replacing my brake hoses and brake fluid. And then a second quote to essentially rebuild my front end for nearly three grand. Needless to say I paid the $50 they charged me to waste my time and went elsewhere.
