Westside Towing, Mansfield OH

Joe was great. I locked my keys in my car after dinner Friday night and we called Westside towing. 10 minutes later Joe showed up and 10 minutes after that my car was open! Also they are VERY affordable! Fast, nice, and affordable honestly you couldn’t ask for a better tow company!

Had to get my wife's car towed twice this weekend. Used the roadside assistance that was included in my insurance and Westside was dispatched both times. In the future, even if it isn't covered by my insurance, I will use Westside for all my towing needs. Both times they were timely, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and just straight up amazing. Car problems really stress me out, but both drivers helped me feel better about the situation. If you need towed, use Westside. Best customer service and towing ever.

Fastest iv ever had a tow truck show up 20 mins or less. Eric had my car loaded in 3 mins and had me back home in 15 mins professional driver and quick

Joe was amazing getting quick service for my family of four on a flat off the highway! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to get my family safely to a destination in an emergency.

I would highly recommend West side towing! My Driver Eric got to me within 10 mins of calling. He was so kind and courteous as well as fast and efficient. He made a stressful circumstance into a positive and encouraging experience! Nice to know they have such great employees

Jim was fantastic! He was very friendly and professional. He took good care of my Jeep. He had it loaded quickly and we were on our way. I would recommend Westside Towing especially if Jim was sent to my rescue again.

I will never use another tow company and I would recommend Westside towing to anyone! After I was left stranded at 6: 00 a.m. In negative temperatures (without heat,) for 3 hours by my roadside assistance company (Who never showed!) I contacted Westside towing. Not only were there in under 20 minutes, but the price they quoted me was just about half of what another tow company in town had told me. When I explained my roadside assistance situation he said no money out of pocket for you today, took a picture of my insurance card and said he would deal directly with insurance/ roadside assistance to get paid. I spoke with Joe when I called, and Paul was the actual driver. They both were amazing and beyond helpful!

Joe took a call from me to handle getting my wife out of a tough situation on a rainy, dark night in a very rough part of Mansfield. He responded quickly. And took her to a police station to settle up on the bill. Thank God for Joe.

I was visiting the area for the MLK holiday weekend. On the day we were leaving my car battery was dead. Jim came out quickly and got me on the road. His communication was great and service was speedy. I highly recommend
