Wheaton Village Apartments, Reynoldsburg OH

This is a wonderful community! I had a few packages expected before Christmas that were delivered to my neighbors by accident. Within a day, my neighbors left those packages on my door step and Bobbi, the property manager, delivered one to me directly on Christmas Eve although the office was “closed” for the holiday weekend.

Beyond this amazing act, I’ve had two small maintenance requests in the past month that were taken care of very quickly. Jason, the maintenance manager, told me what he would need to do to make the repairs and made the repairs the following day!

The management of this property is amazing and always go above expectations to make this an amazing community!

I love this community. Bobbi and Shanice are doing a wonderful job managing this community. They are very helpful with any questions that I need and they truly care about the tenants living here. I strongly recommend moving to Wheaton Village.

Great community and friendly staff! Shanice goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy living here and is always there to help. A peaceful and quiet area as well.

The pest control technician sprayed in reported areas of spiders, etc. We will see if their service was effective.

I relocated here from NE Ohio. Bobbi made the process go so smoothly. She responded timely to all of my emails. The condition of the apt was excellent. It’s been a few months now and we feel right at home. All maintenance request are responded to timely. Bobbi also hosts monthly events for the residents. Moving here was an excellent decision. I have no complaints. I recommend highly Wheaton Village!

My name is Samantha Crumes and I am a new resident here at Wheaton Village Apartments where Bobbie manages. She is amazing manager. She always make sure residents are comfortable and satisfied with our living conditions. The maintenance is excellent. There is very little wait time. The environment is quiet and safe. I would rate this place a 10 and would definitely recommend others to move here.

I recently visited Wheaton Village to gather information about the property. Bobbi was so kind, professional and informative.

Upon move-in, everything was in excellent condition. Since then (about 9 months) maintenance requests have been handled promptly and with excellent workmanship. Bobbi and the team do a fantastic job! And most of all, nice neighbors and a quiet and comfortable atmosphere-a great place to come home to!

We’ve been resident with Wheaton Village in Reynoldsburg for 18 months and have renewed for the next 16 months. What I like about our community is that is clean, quiet and we have great community events.

Let me tell you…. I have lived here for 4 years now and it absolutely amazing. It has to be one of the most quietest neighborhoods in the Reynoldsburg area. The neighbors are extremely pleasant. It’s like everybody knows everybody, It’s a great feeling to have. You can tell how much the front office loves there residence, her smile can brighten anyone’s day. Even when it comes down to the maintenance man, this guy truly knows how to get things done and doesn’t twiddle his fingers. So again, if anyone is out there, looking for extremely nice community, quiet neighborhood, animal, friendly, then look nowhere else come be my neighbor.

The property manager, Bobbi, and maintenance supervisor, Jason, at Wheaton Village are the best. Since the Ackerman Co.purchased our complex last year, they have completed multiple updates and beautification projects. They are both available, visible, responsive, kind and quick to assist. We moved into a brand new unit almost 6 years ago and still enjoy living here, because of the security in knowing they both take pride and ownership in their jobs and truly care. Thanks Bobbi and Jason.

Great location, great apartments. Horrible management and property owners. The website says they have events, exercise program, work with residents. This is a lie. They raised rent last year $300.00 per unit. Not worth that kind of money when the whole property has flooding and drainage issues.

I have been living at Ackermann group properties for three years and I can undoubtedly say out of the other properties I lived at Wheaton village is the best.
It’s quiet, very homely and cozy and one of the best parts is the staff.
Bobbi the property manager and Jason the maintenance supervisor are very friendly and treat residents like friends and family instead of numbers or just people at their job.
I can say I’m very happy to live at Wheaton village and to have Bobbi as a property manager
