4We had our furnace and A/C replaced in October- We were very pleased with Derek and the team for the quick and efficient hard work. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. And we really like our new furnace.
Had them give me an estimate and they scheduled appt time to complete the work. I took the day off from work. They NEVER showed up and when I called to inquire if they were coming I was told I was not on the schedule Please save yourself from this company. Not well run and has no respect for customers time. I would give a negative zero if I could. REALLY NO EXCUSE FOR DOING THIS!
Followed an employee of yours PLH starts the license plate. Unsafe driver, wouldn't trust their work.
Plumber was very conscientious and professional. Did a good job fixing my plumbing issue. Highly recommend.
