25They help me reset my stereo system without charging me. So even though it's in the hood, there are still some good people left out there.
I am a 67 year old woman and I went in to get a battery for my car. I was told that if they put the battery in for me it would cost me an extra $50. So I bought the battery took it home and I installed it myself which took only 20 minutes Savin me $50. I have been a long time customer going back since 2002 I have bought four brand new cars not used cars but new cars. You would think that they would at lease put a battery in the car for free due to the fact of the price of the battery itself. Instead of adding an additional $50 for 20 minutes of work if that.
Absolutely amazing.

As well for the entire Maintenance Department. Both were more informative than any other shop I've been to.

Had small issue with the infotainment center, fixed now issue. Highly reccomend taking your vehicle here if your new to the area or looking for a better Honda Service Team.
I find their service people to be very professional and helpful. I think their prices are reasonable, as well.
Drew me in from 40 miles away, then didn't honor their quote, blaming a new employee. They did apologize, said they don't do business that way.hmmm? Wasted my time for 3hours. Not Sally but her husband, Lewis. Guess where I won't be returning and will be sharing my story with others.
Very impressed with the patience from Dale. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly throughout the process. I will return for any Honda service work required.
D'arcy and Brian were fantastic when I bought my new 2018 Accord Touring. Very low pressure and really wanted to earn my business. I wouldn't go to another dealership other than White - Allen! We will back to buy a new vehicle very soon. This crew is very trust worthy, and honest. It was a no hassle car buying experience!
I got a flat tire and drove my car straight to White Allen, they were able to change out my tire and get a hold of the warranty company for full coverage. I was in and out in two hours without paying a dime! Glad I bought my car there and thankful for great service!
I bought my used vehicle at White-Allen so I know how good the sales staff is. However, this is the first time I needed to take it in for servicing. It needed new wheel bearings in one wheel. As soon as I brought it in, they were on it immediately and finished in less than the estimated time. My wait was very nice in the comfortable customer area complete with drinks, snacks, even popcorn! There is a separate enclosed area for customers with children. The whole building is immaculate.
I have found the service dept helpful, polite and informative. I did not buy my car at this dealership but after some difficulty (I felt taken advantage of as I am just a "stupid" woman) at the place where I did buy the car, I took my business to White-Allen.
One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Friendly and helpful staff, very impressed with this dealership so far and I intend on doing more business with them.
Worst service. Try other Honda’s service center to save time and effort. It used to be good not any more. My office is close by white Allen so I have to go here for service. For simple air conditioning fix I spent close to $300 and I visited multiple times. The service advisor I got is not a fare person and he gives reckless answers and leaves customers to luck. Most of the fixes they do here do not sustain long.

Very satisfied with the purchase of my Civic from Matt Bohn. Matt did a lot of work to get me the exact car I wanted. I greatly appreciate all of his effort. It's the silver one.
Did what I asked them to do, nothing more. Supposedly they do a 21 point inspection. No one went over anything with me. They just called and said it was ready to be picked up.

After looking on-line at different Honda dealerships I went to White Allen as they had high ratings. I worked with Hugh Fullerton who is a great salesman. He got the information that I needed and worked with me to get the cars I wanted to test drive. He was very personable and communicated with me via e-mail and text outside of the dealership. White Allen Honda gave me a great trade-in offer for my Chevy Equinox. The used Honda Civic that I purchased was a perfect fit for my needs.
Just bought a new car there. The sales rep was kind and honest. I got a great deal, and the waiting area was awesome (phone chargers, water, and popcorn) while I waited to sign the paperwork.
Dale in the Service Center was amazing to work with. I had a weird issue that was Honda's, but wasn't the Service Center's, fault. They were very patient and very helpful with the issue and did their best to square me away. Cause of the issue wasn't very clear, so they got me a loaner vehicle while they figured the problem out. Ultimately, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, and now my vehicle is as good as new. Couldn't ask any more of them, really. 10/10.
I actually really enjoyed my time here. I've stopped by before and they we're closed, but I'm glad I decided to try them out again. They offer online appointments, have nice receptionists, a comfortable place to wait for your car to be serviced (with free water/coffee, fruit and popcorn! There are other buyable snack too) and will set you up with a rental car if your serious will take a while.
I was greater warmly which means a LOT since my job is in customer service and experience. Some of the other folks there looked like regulars; they knew their client's names and joked about work/life/etc, much more than just simple small talk.
I highly recommend this dealership for car repairs. I was able to buy a much needed fuse for my car and had to have my airbags replaced due to a recall. Took my car in at 1: 45, drove off the lot at 3pm!
Very nice place to do business. I would recommend Matthew Bohn, as he really listened to our requests, and was just a genuine person to help in the process of selecting the right year, make, model.
