White Castle, Sunbury OH

Worst customer service I experienced on my trip to OH. Forgot my drink and was very rude when I asked for it. No "thank you" or "have a good day" either. Seems most customer service was this way throughout the state.

Classic food from a place that has been around since i was little. I like the different style of the new menu but keeping true to the old. Always a good meal.

I miss White Castle being everywhere! When I'm in that area I always stop! Friendly service super fast and great price!

Waiting time is ridiculous. I travel 2 hours to get this twice a month and end up waiting another half hour in line.and each time they forget something I ordered

I haven't been to White Castle in about 10 years. My boyfriend & i drove about 1.5 hours to come here! They were just as good as i remember. We ended up spending a ton of money because we bought 3 cases which has 30 sliders in each. Two of us did 15 no cheese/15 w/ cheese. I love the pickle & onion too - makes the slider. My boyfriend didn't like them too much but he really enjoyed his grape Fanta pop!

My daughter and I stopped here after a long shopping trip! I, unfortunately have an onion allergy. After the cashier said they coat everything in onion and they couldn't accommodate my onion allergy, (which I've never had an issue with) the manager Phillip came over and said It was no problem and would accommodate no onions. He and the others were very understanding (other than the young boy at the drive thru line with an attitude even to the older people behind me) about my unfortunate allergy and made it work! I will absolutely return if the manager Phillip is there and truly appreciate their understanding.

White Castle as my favorite hamburgers slash sliders they also have a great french friesI wish there was one closer to my location I only can go if I'm in the Columbus area right but the hamburgers are perfect I love them

Harold and Kumar made it sound way better, But it wasn't the worst fast food I've had by any means.

Its White Castle! We don't have these anymore in Northeast Ohio. Gotta drive 140 miles to get to nearest one! Love them!

Had to make a stop at one of my fave burger place. White Castle burgers are soft and delicious. Customer service was great!

White Castles has always been around. Love the onion chips and Jalapeno castles. To much to say about the Castles. Just down right Good stuff.

Finally after all these years made my way to a White Castle! Thanks for not letting me down I love that you don't sauce any of your sandwiches unless the customer request you to do so. The chicken wasn't the best but the classics and the new sloppy joe slider were on point kudos to you for the variety and nostalgia at the same time
