White Castle, Cincinnati OH

So, I thought I'd give this particular White Castle a THIRD chance this morning (for breakfast). The woman who took my order was quite friendly, the line was actually moving fast, and then. I'm driving down the road and reach down to take a drink of my Dr Pepper. Imagine how thrilled I wasn't to discover it was just a cup of ice water? ! I'd paid for the full meal and had let them upcharge me to next dollar for charity! So, I got the small breakfast sandwich and tots for. $6.00.which greatly displeased me.

I love eating at White Castle that as soon as I see one I stop to eat there. They do not have on in Texas.

The service was a little bit slow but the food was nice and fresh and proportions was done properly

Only one staff member working to prepare and work drive thru. A staff member was cleaning the parking lot. I appreciate the young lady doing a great job

Dnt like White Mushy Castle Burgers. They chicken rings is abt it n BARELY.so kudos to yall that like White Castle.

Around 9: 30pm. Waited in line about 12 minutes with no problems as I ASSUMED my order would be fresh and hot, boy was I wrong!
*6 sliders no onions (cold)
*fries (cold)
*onion chips (burnt and cold)
If I could give a negative star I would.

Food was great @ 10: 30 p.m. However was in the drive through line 40 min. & there were only 5 cars.couldn't get out of the line as I was blocked in.

White Castle's has always been a staple in Cincinnati. I love to dine in and rarely are they ever close like most fast food joints now

I waited for my order to be taken for 20 minutes, there was no line. I was at order menu when employee told me to wait "a" moment. I asked, if he was ready to take order, he said, "not yet". After he took my order, I waited at window another 10 minutes. Employee did not apologize. He finally handed me the 2 sliders that I ordered, with NO NAPKINS. He actually had to walk away from window to get a napkin. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

They only worked one order at a time, took the order from the speaker and then it wasn't until the car left the restaurant that they would get to the next order on the speaker. It was three thirty in the morning but even after waiting twenty minutes they still got it wrong.

Fast the customer service was great and they didn't mess my order up. The little guy at the window was very pleasant and make sure I was taken care of. I give them an A for customer service.

The restaurant smells of cigarette smoke and gets even worse in the bathroom. Food well it's not the greatest either. I've been to other locations that had better quality food. Service was very slow for 4 cars in the drive thru. This location is rundown.

I went to this white castle after I hadnt been in a couple of years to this particular site on mitchell because the quality of the food had gotten horrible. They had gotten slow, food orders weren't hot and It was wrong.

Flash to last night or rather this morning about 130a. It was crowded, but the people who were working, moved the line quickly. Me and my kids food was fresh hot and correct. They have improved tremendously.

I was the only one in the drive through waiting to be served for 15 mins. I asked if I could get a coffee for my wait. The lady who was at the drive through window asked I assume the manager The answer was no. While I was at the drive through a gentle was bringing his food back saying the buns was hard as a rock

The same amazing white castle as always just this time this location the gentleman working the front that day helped me out filling up my jugs of water for my overheating car it goes along way thank you

I tried the new 1921 slider w/ lettuce, tomato & cheese, it was good, just little but it was a slider not a full hamburger. Also it didn't have onions but I did get extra pickles.

Went here @ 12am and the food was hot and good. You know the later it gets food get nasty but this time the food was good at a midnight hours.

I'll NEVER stop at this White Castle ever again! I just had an incident in the drive thru. I waited 5 minute's at the drive thru order menu with ZERO greeting. I simply say hello and the reply I got was completely disrespectful. The man replied in an irritated voice, "wait just one damn minute". I just pulled away cause it's not the first time.
