Horrible. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Drive through only. Nothing on their website. A long line of cars. Waiting for ever. Absolutely the most horrible experience EVER!

Kinda slow in the morning. Almost late for work.can see employee standing while waiting in drive thru.waited close to 10 min.for two items.

The Employees were Very Professional and Friendly and my order was hot and fresh! Highly recommend

My bun was a little aged. Burger was dry not moist juicy nothing aired Not freshly made. Like. Precooked. Warming while mozzarella sticks deep fried.

Always staffed with the most friendly people of any White Castle, or fast food chain for that matter.

Saturday, Nov. 12. Sat in
Drive thru for 25 minutes.
One car moved, seen 4 people leave the inside.
When you can get it, food is not bad, but be prepared to wait awhile!

Sat 20 minutes waiting on small order. 1 car ahead of me. Paid and sat another 10 minutes got sandwiches and no frys or onion chips. Asked me to pull up and wait? I been waiting literally almost 30 minutes. Nope just refund me and I will go elsewhere. We were pretty regular customers as we live close and work too much to cook most days but, never again. We will not spend another dollar at this location. I'm sick of horrible service! I'm not gonna continue to give places another try it's just gotten ridiculous!

So thankful for the young lady that showed up for work that morning she was the only one at her store and she did a great job. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. All the other White Castle locations in the area were closed due to nobody showing up for work.

How do u first close a whole business. Because your drive thru is getting sprayed, cleaned then I proceed to call no answer. Help me understand your drive thru is closed for cleaning of the outside. Then to top it off. Noone is answering the phone. Let me guess because your busy. Like make it make sense.

Well been sitting in A-line 20 minutes they only take 2 orders at a time take 10 minutes to fill a order service sucks here now.

First time I had a breakfast sandwich, it was very good. Best of all is the cheese and meat hamburger A+ and very friendly people.

Tried to visit, wound up going home hungry. Waited 15 minutes and line never moved for drive thru.

Not As Good As It Used 2 B Or Maybe Its Just No Longer Good @ This Specific LocationTerrible Experience Unfortunatly I Was Unable To Recieve What I Had Asked For & Instead Due 2 The Waiting In Line/ Time Spent Period I Would Expect Nothing Less Then An Amazing Grace Of Mouth Watering Indulgence For The Taste Buds Of An All Time Classic Mini Burger Or My 4 In My Situation However Sadly I Was Mistaking Instead All I Recieved Was 4 Very Bland Patches Of Awful Flat Meat On Soggy Bread With Wht I Believe 2 B Pickles Couldnt Tell Cause They 2 Were A Little Way Too Soft Question: Do Pickels Go Bad An If So Then Somebody Did Not Rotate The PRODUCT Totally Pun Intended For Real Life Event Facts? How Real Is That Shame On You People For Ruining Such Ah Good Valued Portion Of The Meal Albeit The Main So Upsetting

Long long long line but it moved quickly. Fries nice and hot and onion chips. The sandwiches were not hot but 60 years of White Castles and they still taste the same.
