White Castle, Cincinnati OH

Drive thru kinda slow but food was good. Sad they can't find employees to work. Thumbs up for the ones pulling extra duties.

Dining room closed so I had to go thru the drive thru. It moved fairly fast and my order was right.

The food was good. The service was fast. But they closed too early we were eating our food and felt like they were urging us to get out no sooner we went out the door they locked it and this is like 3 in the afternoon on a weekday?

I finally tried the 1921 slider! It was excellent! The bun is the same, the meat is thicker, it came with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.probably onions, but I automatically say no onions every time I order anything and it was very tasty.and they also offered me sauce so apparently it doesn't come with sauce. No ketchup or mustard either. When you get a chance, go get you one, they're really, really good.

Absolutely delicious. Haven't had in a while due to lack thereof in our living area. Could not say enough about how friendly they were and how quick our large order was brought to us. I hope the pregnant employee is being taken care of as well as she took care of us.

This particular White Castle has messed my order up on several occasions. I guess their intercom must be a little off. My cheese sticks have definitely came to me tasting and feeling like they just came out of a microwave.

Workers were nice. I'm and Uber driver and the reason the score is a bit lower is because they mixed up two customers orders that I was picking up. Had to go through the bags and decipher which sliders were which customers.

I love White Castle but sitting in their drive thru for 20 minutes waiting to get my large chocolate shake is absolutely ridiculous. All I ordered was the large chocolate shake and I feel that there is no good excuse for me to be waiting so long. Other than that they have great food. The chicken rings and onion petals are slamming! Also their crinkle cut fries dipped in cheese or the breakfast sandwich thats made with a waffle and has sausage egg and cheese on it, Oh yeah yummy!

I love White castles but waiting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes for a large chocolate shake is unacceptable! I do not know what the problem was but nobody has time for that.

I go to this location all the time because it is on my way to and from work.
I stopped there 6/7/2021 to get a Cheeseburger, Fish with cheese and Onion chips. It was good. Later that night around 2: 30 am. I woke up with the worst stomach cramping, throwing up and worst BM ever. I believe it was food poisoning. Worst thing I ever experienced. Considering I rarely get sick.the service is always great but something went wrong on this visit.

The service was ok the people that worked there are good people and the manager on duty was quick and able to take care of all issues that arised and was polite and helpful to all. I will visit this location again.

We now go To Northside for our breakfast

I ordered a nine piece chicken rings and two birthday cakes on a stick and I got three cheeseburgers instead call back down there to let them know my order was wrong person on the phone was very rude and nasty April 16 at 2: 10 in the afternoon

Are food was made to order and it was very fresh customer service was great just a little bit of wait time because we had made to order food which was very good thank you

Food was said to have been off of a fresh grill and was not, I do not understand how the drive thru was full of cars and the only thing hot were fries

The line was long when we pulled up but moved quickly. The male who took more order was nice and polite and had good customer service! Made me want to come back.

White castles use to be one of the best little fast food places you could go to, now it's becoming one of the worst at least in Cincinnati. I love white castles but they need people who care about their jobs and the people. They can't get orders correct, they are rude and they give you old food.

I would give zero if it allowed commments. I don't know why this place is even open. If there's one car ahead of you, you better have at least a half hour. If no one is there, they almost always have a reason they can't serve you. I officially give up

Great and fast service. The morning crew is a little more organized and faster than the night crew. But they both gives you great service
