The chicken rings were alright
Just started eating white castle here recently and very impressed on all of their service specially compared to all the other fast food restaurants around falling off.
This place has really gone down hill over the past few months. The employee's are incredibly rude, but that won't be corrected because the management is the same way. I've never seen a business that prioritize their door dash orders over the customer in front of them. This white castle is three minutes from my house, but I now will drive the extra 8 minutes to go to the next closest location. I do recommend their food, but. I don't recommend this location.
When they mess up they are not willing to fix it. Guys it's easy. If you don't like your occupation go searching for a new one. It's not worth stressing yourself out and making an unexceptional experience for the customers.
We move who we are not the world
It really depends on the time of day you go at the S. High location in Great Southern Shopping Cener. Third shift is horrible. I wanted to order a sweet tea and the cashier didn't know the prices. I asked her to look it up on the register. I couldn't see her name tag, but she had green dye in her hair. Service was horrible. Edges of buns were hard. I feel as long as I waited in the drive-thru, my burgers should have been fresh. I will continue to go during the day or early evening. Never will go late again.
Great breakfast sandwiches. Sad they discontinued the Ghost Pepper cheese, the Jalapeño Cheese is good. Please bring back the Ghost Pepper.
When I go they are always out of something I want or they are some times rude but most of the time I get the nice employees
If it were actually clean it would have been ok but it was gross I couldn't eat my food.
Walked up to drive thru window (Truck Driver) waited all that time for old white castles. I trashed entire order.fries hot though.ha ha ha horrible castles.should have Bern fresh not hard and two toned meat.you know.dark around outer part and inside center normal color.ha ha.
Food was good but the wait time was over 40 minutes so that pretty much killed any appetite that we had.

Food is as expected. Placed an online order that said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It ended up taking 45 minutes. They also didn't make the order as requested, ordered sliders with pickles but did not get pickles.
White castle is a must stop at when in the Columbus Ohio area. If you've never had one then you're missing out. Always hot and tasty.
Been going here for years and it's sad to say there food and service is really going down hill food either not done or cold
