White Castle, Cincinnati OH

This is the worst white castle ive ever been to. The service was terrible people were rude and the food tasted old and its took 26 min. To get my order Do not stop here!

I wish I could give ZERO stars right now. I just left this white castle after ordering on the app for pick up. The female "manager" or shift supervisor I assume was a total duchebag, excuse my anger please. I was missing items from my order and once brought to her attention, I was basically accused of being a liar, surprisingly to me it was to the point I had to convince her it was necessary to take everything out of the bags right there on the counter so she could look at each individual item. That's by far the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced in a restaurant. EVER. Of course she was forced to see I was missing the items I insisted I was.but that's not the problem here. The problem is the way she made me feel as a paying customer that was informing her (as the supervisor on shift) that my $50 plus order wasn't correct. I've never been more embarrassed. This woman was not meant for customer service. Not at all. And ABSOLUTELY NOT MEANT FOR ANY MANAGEMENT POSITION CONSIDERING I HAVE A PROOF OF HER SMOKING A CIGARETTE (possibly or smoking something else) right outside/inside of this establishment while she was inside of the door holding it open and the questionable smoke going directly into the restaurant each of us eat from. Like really? I absolutely will NEVER return to this location and hope her superiors are aware of her disgusting habits, negligent behavior and disrespectful manner.

I didn't have to wait long and my sliders were BANGIN'! White Castle never fails me. 'Slider Nation! '

First off I set in line for 14 minutes to get a breakfast toast bacon egg and cheese sandwich then when I get up there I'll tell him the price isn't right cuz I know the price of the bacon egg and cheese toast sandwich it's 2: 29

It’s a shame we have been going to this White Castle for Over 30 years but of course these days people want paid but don’t want to work. I stopped at the drive thru tonight and granted it was after 11 and I now realize they were closed. The sad part is that the employees let me and 4 other cars sit in the drive thru for 10 mins and never once said over the speaker I’m sorry we are closed. They weren’t smart enough to turn out all of the lights except the ones they need until after we all got in line. It’s unfortunate that it’s so hard to find people who have pride in their work. I would fire each and every one of them. To be clear usually they have great service but tonight they must of just had the worst of the worst working

Something was wrong they were under staffed or under trained or just didn't care it took 22 minutes to get our order. And the coke freestyle machine was out of most of the items and nearly all of the added flavors.

It's white castle what else do I need to say. Hic is good. Fries are good. Friendly staff.

The line is always long and it takes forever to get your food sometimes. Last time I was there they almost charged me for the wrong food until I spoke up, then they gave me the wrong food and I had to go back to get the correct food. In their defense, they are usually understaffed and over worked.

The employees were nice, but I waited for 16 minutes for 2 cheese sliders and a small fry.while I watched the flat top full of sliders get distributed to drive thru (which there was only 1 car when I arrived). Simply put, I was forgotten.
Also, almost every time I go to order the 1921 sliders, I'm told they are not thawed out.why don't you have your food ready to go?

One of the best White Castles in the tri-state area! Food is always fresh, hot, and prepared as ordered

I always go through the drive thru inside, kind of creepy. Sliders & breakfast are always consistently hot.
