White Castle reviews
15Love me some white castle! Kinda run down place but good golly did the staff work like a well oiled machine. They were wicked fast and really nice. Good stuff man
Food was hot and fresh, service attendent had a contagious smile, just an overall good experience. Some staff have a bit of an attitude problem though so I hope your experience is as good as mine was.
This location is advertised as being open 24 hours, but we arrived at midnight and they were already closing.
I gave 5 stars bc I had a to go order that was shorted by two sliders. Not only did they make it right they gave me 2 more. Plus apologized. Ty for doing things right
Food was good. Service was a little slow it seemed but it is in a very popular area and business was booming.
Food tasted good. Didn't receive complete order and was ignored when trying to resolve the issue
Ordered the standard with cheese and fries. Food was good but they do take a little longer to bring you food. This is fine with me when you get what you order and it's hot or at least not cold. Typically, I have had good food from this location.
It was my first time trying white castle. The burgers were good. Not my most favorite. But tasty.
Stopped here at 10: 40 p.m. It was almost closing time, which is 11, so the man taking the order wasn't too excited sounding. However, the lady that gave us our food was very polite and friendly. Food was good and order was correct! Would visit again.
Dude it's white castle. It's a classic you can't go wrong with their slider pack. And the variety of sodas are awsome.
Just popped in the drive thru and picked up some delicious food! You can't go wrong with White Castle!
Can't believe how much it cost now just to go to white castle. Maybe if they would just get plain boxes with just the name on instead of all the other stuff they could cost the cost on that then reduce the price
Ordered chicken rings, small onion chip and small fry. 2 of the chicken rings were piping hot but the rest of them and everything else was cold. I guess they aren’t making anything to order SMH. Waste of money and time. Into the trash it all went. Unfit for human consumption.
They were struggling a bit when I was there. Long drive through line lead me to go inside, thinking I would get through a little faster. The drive through was clearly the priority. That coupled with the cashier that was clearly new (trying very hard to please everyone and be patient but also struggling) lead to what was probably a longer wait that had I just drove through. That said the food was hot and as good as white castle can be expected to be. All and all an ok experience. The seemingly experienced possibly management or owner lent a hand to the cashier and got everyone squared away. They all did well hiding their frustration and were very professional in their challenging time. Would return to this location.
White Castle is a fast-food restaurant chain that is famous for its small, square-shaped sliders. The chain was founded in 1921 in Wichita, Kansas and is now headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
White Castle is known for its unique cooking method, which involves cooking the burgers on a bed of onions to add flavor and moisture to the meat. The burgers are also served with steamed buns, which are soft and fluffy.
In addition to its classic sliders, White Castle also offers other menu items such as chicken rings, fish nibblers, and breakfast sandwiches. The chain has over 375 locations in the United States, primarily in the Midwest and East Coast regions.
White Castle is also famous for being one of the first fast-food chains in the United States, and for popularizing the concept of the "slider" or small hamburger. Its iconic logo and architecture have made it a cultural icon, and it has been featured in movies, TV shows, and other forms of popular culture.
