White Castle, Springdale OH

Love Whitey's.best sliders ever. Fries are good too. Best breakfast sandwiches around. Sausage has a bit of a kick, which I like. All the coke flavors available.

Tried ordering from the drive thru. They told me to look at the menu for a second and they would be right with me. Eight minutes later I say "hello"? Some lady yells " we said give us a minute " I saw them putting order after order from door dash into the order screen. Ignoring me at the actual location. Will not return

I live in Painesville now, but there's no place like home there's no place like home there's no place like home! Delicious!

Good but not as good as in years gone by. And yet, they are more than 10 times the price. Go figure!

Why are the onions so undercooked at this location? Every time I come here I bite into hard raw uncooked onions on their burgers. Every White Castle I go to does not have this problem except this location. Yuck! I’m not coming back anymore.

Could use a refresh. Restaurant is looking dated, and the staff do not seem to like there jobs. Everyone looks depressed.

Its hard to complain about fast food it's the best of the worst to eat but to get frozen cheese sticks and fries that's trash

I ordered coffee and the customer service was horrible. The young lady that took my money was chewing gum and acting unprofessional. When I received my coffee the other young was very pleasant and professional. This needs to be addressed as I am in that field of work.

The food was great, but inside the dining room the floor was sticky with food all on the floor, the tables weren't wiped off, and the pop machine didn't have all the selections of drinks.

This location is very good and close to my home. The food is always good but they need to be a little faster on getting the orders filled.

When you tell them no pickles and you get home and all of them have pickles I'm not wasting gas to go back really

Smoothie was warm and no strawberries.
I ordered fried pickles.not what I expected
They taste like scorched onion chips.
It was a disappointing visit.

Terrible service, slow, food was super sloppy and full of onions, when i ordered no onions! Everyone was on their phone sad experience!

Just what the Dr ordered! Don't know if there is anything better than White Castle when you've got a craving for it! Though this location has waited until we arrived to make our online order the last two times, I've had no complaints on the food at all!

I will never recommend that anybody go to this White Castles because they are rude ignorant and act like they ain't got no common sense and can't get your order right

White Castle was as it always is something you have to have at least once or twice a year. You get White Castle cravings

This location needs some major house keeping. Stopped in for lunch and was completely disgusted and distracted by the amount of food residue everywhere. The condiment area had dried sauces, crumbs, and trash everywhere. We sat at a high top table which gave a great view of the trash under the soda machine. Should also probably fix the soda machine. Almost everything on it was out of order.

This White Castle on RT 4 is awesome. The service and food are terrific. The employees don't goof around, they work, and they work as a team. If you have a choice as to which location to visit, do yourself a favor and visit this one.

Best show of my life. Tried to order white castle on my way to Tennessee and the guy a few cars ahead in the drive thru was passed out and wouldn't move his car so we had to go inside to get our food. The cops came.dinner and a show!

Sometimes, you just have a craving, ya know? But, anytime, the breakfast sliders are great, especially since they use a fresh egg for each sandwich.
