White Castle, Columbus OH

I loved the waffle bacin snd egg sanwich. Last tut ime I got one made me vomit. I ask if they could bust yhe yolk and scramble it a little. The lady said yes and assured me the come scrambled i tried explaining to her they didnt. When I got my sandwich the yolk was not busted it was actually a dippy.

They usually have pretty fast service considering the drive thru line that allows is circling around the building it seems like but sometimes the food seems slapped together the breakfast sandwiches on toast always seem to be mostly toast.

Not busy at all. Customer service was great, as usual. Cleanliness outside was amazing, and lighting was very well done. Safety wasn't a concern as I was distracted pulling out my money for the delicious smoothies and amazing Large chocolate shake. I appreciate the random changes to the menu, over the years, while still thriving with the original menu!

Extremely long wait in drive thru all white castle need to do better at getting people in and out this is supposed to be fast food

This store dosn't deserve one star, the white employees were sooooo racist real shity service and when i started to pull away the window guy yelled "GET OFF WELFARE" (he did that with his older female manager was standing next to him) (allwhite)
I.paid with a twenty so WTF im telling all my people to drive the extra five to ten miles for RESPECT & a worthwhile experience. Cause the employees, all of them truthfully needs FIRED

Exxon service your food is served to you in a timely manner you have a large order They will ask you to pull up to the second window. You make it there 2: 00 to 3 minutes which is acceptable. I go there at least twice a week

I would come back more often if the prices would come down a bit.
Too bad I like the sliders.

Those Berger's are awesome Fry's are crispy and aways fresh food you just need to get there and try it for yourself you will see

Horrible service. Took forever to take my order and then they tell me it will be 7 or 8 min before it is ready. Hire some help. I was the only person in line.

It's White Castle. This isn't a five star restaurant. Everyone knows that.
This restaurant was just the standard.
I noticed they can't leave condiments in the lobby because vagrants will leave waste to the entire area.
They don't have Hi-C in their drink machines, either.
The prices are always excellent, so you cant really complain too much, but my fries WERE hella old.

If you only stop by for food you'll miss out on the greatest smoothies I've ever had. Those sandwiches are always good.

Always a wait no matter the time of day at the drive through window, but everyone is friendly. And the food is consistent. Hey - it's White Castle! Yum.

I was super upset not to get pickles on my sliders. And the third shift employees are not that friendly.

They were rude. Didn't know what was on the menu and insisted the combo had to have a # but I was looking at it and there was not a # so they got aggravated w me and then it took 17 minutes to get our to go order

Here @ this particular white castle, my food came out hot & ready to eat. It wasnt soggy or anything. I had questions they answered with no attitude or problem. I'll go back again until theres a problem.

Great food, but the wait times were awful. 25 minutes for a few sliders and fries. Other guests behind me stood at the counter for 10 minutes before they were even acknowledged, with three workers visibly behind the counter.

Most coke freestyle products I wanted were also out of stock.

Just left only one other guest ordering food ahead of me still got half my order wrong, even verbally asked me if I wanted cheese on the sliders I said no and I get home to 25$ worth of incorrect food with cheese on everything

Open 24/7. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, fries and onion rings. May have wait time around 2 am on the weekends.

Love the breakfast sandwiches but the tots tasted like every other fried fiid that they make. Couldn't eat them.

My husband went here on his lunch break. They did give him fast food. He was able to get in and out quick so he had enough time to eat and get back to work before his lunch was over. He actually even had enough time to get a smoke in too. He had no problems with the food either. So overall great service and great food. Thank you.
