It was ok. I paid for the 30.00 super full service package and took my dads pristine vehicle in. It needed a vacuum because it had some crumbled leaves on the floor mats and needed a quick interior wipe down.
They were supposed to clean the rims and tire shine as specified in the package. Yhe rims had a bit of brake dust on them because i had just replaced the brakes and rotors about a few months before.
The kid sat in the car for maybe 2 minutes. Sprayed some air freshener in there and half a$$ wiped everything down. They didn't even completely dry the car off. (Also part of the package) I wouldn't say it was awful but clearly it wasn't worth the 40 bucks with tax and tip I paid for it.
My dad has taken his cars there for years. I used to as well. Its just not the same. There were streaks on the interior of the car on the chrome plastic where they slightly wiped it down with whatever chemical they were using.
Again it doesn't look bad. It just looks like the kid didn't try very hard. The vehicle was basically clean when I brought it in but they did get all the leaf crumbs from the floor mats with the vacuum. I wiped the inside and cleaned the rims myself before selling the car a few days later. Kind of feel like I just wasted 40 bucks. Lesson learned I guess.

I remember when this place used to care. Unfortunately, the new owners don't. Never seen a bigger douche than the owner of this company

I wish I could leave a 0 star review for this place. My employer has a contract with this location to wash a large fleet of vehicles. Many of my coworkers said that they don't even use soap. I didn't really believe them until I took my vehicle through. My vehicle may have actually been dirtier than it was before going through the wash.
If it was my personally owned vehicle, I'd be furious. Running a car through an automatic car was with no soap WILL damage the paint. I dont know if non-contract vehicles get soap, but either way, this place does not do a good job or have any integrity. Seriously, how can you run a car wash with no soap? And it's not a situation where they just ran out. It's been weeks or months of that.

Didn't wash the inside windows good at all and dash was completely untouched. Paid for the 30 dollar wash and they didn't put the tire shine on. Also didn't even attempt to wipe down half of the interior.

Terrible. No pre-wash and blowers at the end did not work. Back of car was not clean. Save yourself some money and a headache and stay away.

Paid for full service but they didn't vacuum the back seat and when I got home realized the automated washing had made several parallel scratches across the top of the trunk covering a full 14in wide area. Be careful!

Not happy at all with this car wash, paid $25.00 and my car is still dirty inside! Windows not washed, mats still have dirt on them, not vacuumed, unhappy customer!

Didn’t touch inside windshield, had to tell them to put tire dressing on tires. Plus $33.69 is rediculous

Went in yesterday 3/19 and the wash was terrible. Had streaks all over the place from them drying with a dirty towel. Windshield was so bad I had to go right home and clean it myself. Spent $18 and didn’t even get tire shine. Will never come back.

Terrible wash no soap the only water that was put on was the hand prewash and rinse. So I got dry brushed and rinsed only 2nd bad experience won’t go back again! Asked for refund said they would give, still waiting for it to show up on my credit card 2 weeks and still nothing

I needed to come home and wash my car inside and out.

Best car wash ever I take all 7 of my baby’s almost every day very kind and handsome staff Theodore is the best. Don’t listen to the haters on here they don’t know what a real car wash is.

Evidently when you pay for just a car wash you do not qualify for prewash. Rear of car barely touched, had to wash it at home in the cold, I will not be back, plenty of other options. Secor, two bad experiences in a row, I called and left a message at the facility with no response. I also emailed the company, also no response.
